Had Carlos provide us service that was unacceptable. Do not recommend at all.
ALL CITY LAWN & LANDSCAPING is preferred in my opinion.

Hired Carlos for a small job when we bought our house in June 2023. He impressed us with his trustworthiness and the good work he did for us.
We hired him again in July 2025 and he and his crews did a larger landscape / stonework job for us.
Dependable, clean, high quality and easy to work with.

Carlos and his crew are incredible. The work they did for me Was above and beyond what I expected. Carlos always so kind and friendly will definitely use him again in the future. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their yard done.

Carlos and his team created a high-quality patio for us to replace one that was crumbling into our back yard. Jorge, Brian, Ramiro, and Jose worked hard and even redid part of the border that didn't meet their own high standards, which pleased me because I thought it was already looking really good. They created a nice pattern with the pavers that we didn't even request and left everything looking perfect when they were finished. I'd definitely try to get these guys to work any future jobs we wanted done.

Bought a brand new home in Fernley, NV with a bare backyard. Went ahead and gave All In a call for an estimate and he beat out the competition by a mile. Carlos and his team turned my barren, dusty backyard to something me and my family can finally enjoy! Carlos helped me with picking out what type of rock, pavers, and DG! I plan on hiring All In again in the near future to expand my ideas of the ultimate backyard. So far, I'm content with my firepit, dog run, and pergola.
Fantastic job to All In!

Carlos and his crew did a marvelous job repairing my driveway. He is very responsive on the phone and by text. He answered all my questions and always let me know his plan going forward. I also found out he is an irrigation expert so he was able to repair a few broken sprinklers too. One stop shop!!! I highly recommend him.

We had a fantastic experience with Santiago Landscaping! The team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. They kept everything clean and organized throughout the project and always made sure the gate was secured at the end of each day something we really appreciated.

The transformation of our front and backyard is amazing. They truly took a blank canvas and turned it into a beautiful, pristine outdoor space that already feels like an oasis.

Communication was excellent, and the team brought great ideas that really elevated the overall design. This was just phase one for us, and we’re already looking forward to working with Santiago Landscaping on the next phases.

I would give them zero stars if I could, but wanted to share my feedback. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional! Elsa was rude and very condescending during our meeting to get an estimate for a project. I will not be using them in the future for any projects and will not be recommending them to anyone in the Carson City, Reno or Dayton area. I’m very disappointed to say the least. Think twice before booking with them for anything.

Hermilio did such a fantastic job gutting and redesigning our backyard and patio. We spend so much time out back now. Waiting for him to do our frontyard!

Although we had trouble reaching the company, they did eventually call us back to discuss our project. They were friendly and honest about their capabilities and methods. We would definitely consider hiring them in the future.

We have had Santiago out several times for cement work and paver driveway. Each time their workers were honest hard working and quality was excellent and owners went above and beyond.

I just called and whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional. All I wanted was to set up an appointment to get an estimate for my backyard. I have a new build and have gotten many people that have come knocking at my door for business. I got one of his business cards and that is why I called. I am getting multiple estimates for our backyard. He said I don’t give out business cards blah blah blah. Ok. I hung up. It’s looking like $7400 worth of work. Bad business etiquette. Thank you for showing your true self ahead.

They helped me when my husband passed away with a home we had just purchased. I had issues with the sprinkler system and they came out of their way to help me after hours. They also built a beautiful fire ring in my backyard. They removed all the 3/4” river rock that had been pit in the flowerbeds and placed all new topsoil in them for me. They were a great help and their work was 100% and more. I recommend them highly.

What a great company! I recently moved in the area and was looking for a new landscaping company to work with. I spoke with Angel and he was more than happy to work around my schedule to meet with me and my wife. They did an amazing job. Great service, had someone drive through my front fence, took out trees, fence and mailbox. Called and they came out and provided a quote. Started work immediately and gave options as we moved with the process. Down to the details of the trees and colors. On trash day, they even brought the trash cans in. Great job
