Dylan, Ken, and Thomas were just incredible. After my condo flooded, they came in everyday to check equipment and moved quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get me back into my home. I highly recommend this company!

Our water heater had been leaking for a while and finally died. When we finally realized where the problem was, mold and drywall damage had occurred and everything needed to be removed. Jordan and his team were quick to respond and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We’ll definitely call them again but I really hope we don’t need to!!

I just purchased my first house a few weeks ago and recently learned that we have a huge sewage/plumbing problem. Once we learned that sewage leaked under the house and was sitting there, 24 Hour Flood Pros was recommended to us. Jordan was over within the hour and has been helping me with my issues for over a week now. Him and his team are extremely professional and very easy to work with. They do a great job in explaining the issue and the best resolution. I am also very appreciative of his staff, as they are willing and able to work with the insurance company to help cover some of the cost. We had a toilet bowl overflow on Christmas Day and flood half our house with sewage. 24 HR Flood Pros was not only the first company to answer the phone, but their response time would’ve been impressive on a regular day. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us “1st timers”filing a homeowners insurance claim. They did great work and were extremely respectful of our home. We were especially impressed with how quickly they were able to pack up the rooms that were flooded. The insurance company even complimented their work after the fact. After having my house repiped I had many holes in my ceiling and walls. Felix from Nailed It did a marvelous job putting the walls and ceiling back together. He worked very hard and you can’t tell where the holes were. I am a happy camper. The cost for the work was included in my final cost with the plumbing company I hired.

JJ's crew were fast and excellent with my drywall and paint requests! They even fixed my curtain and curtain rod without asking and no extra charge. I would highly recommend them.

These folks did an excellent job for us, diagnosing why our hot water recirculation system did not work. They carefully went throughout the house testing and listenting to all fixtures. They found the faulty fixture and repaired it. I am very impressed with their thoroughness and expertise - like a plumbing Sherlock Holmes.

Their experience and expertise is so beyond extraordinary, they are quick to figure out what’s wrong and get the job done in a very timely and professional way.
