I picked up on April 04/24 there’s this Asian looking guy. He was rude toward to me.

Good n quiet. Quick unloads. Big rig, Swing all the way over to left side curb to gain safe entry on right hand side of street for delivery.

Receiving start at 7:00AM and work until 10:00 pm overnight parking on facility and unload before appointment

Worst managed experience in 3 plus Years, Upstairs Doesn't Give a Crap!
We have had 3 / 2 mis - Saftey Crashes!
And it's all Covered up!!
Jason Needs a new career!

Manny and I almost had a Heads up Crash!!
2 days ago, I missed him by 2 FN Inch, no shit!

Need better employees working there in the wearhouse section!

They were quick , shipping and receiving hours 7AM to 4PM.
Took one hour to take out the full trailer load
On Street parking available , but I think they don’t mind if you park in the warehouse because it’s not a busy warehouse.

Don was early and professional while repairing my RV generator... great guy!!

They have been great tool repair company for years. Sadly no more tool repairs but if you have a home back up generator they do Mobil generator maintenance and repairs. Spread the word! This has been a great company and I wish them the best 🙂

I was having issue with my brand new Cummins Onan RV generator. They got me on the schedule super quick (i.e. next day) and had me in and out with a fixed generato,r covered under warranty in about 1 hr. Awesome work. thanks guys!

Brought our RV here with a busted generator. Don diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the faulty parts within a couple of hours. Everyone on staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Alice recommended a great spot for lunch nearby while they made the repairs. Highly recommend!

I called Don and told him my RV Onan Generator would start then stop after only a couple of minutes. He asked a few questions and quickly guessed it to be a faulty fuel pump, which it was. He told he could come to RV site and fix it there the NEXT MORNING ! ! He arrived, had all the parts needed and repaired it in 1.5 hours. It runs perfectly. I really appreciated his quick response and having all the parts needed. He also did a full service on the generator. Don is the MAN ! ! You won't go wrong having Don work on anything generator wise. I plan on making a trip to Sparks from my home in Napa to get some additional maintenance done that he suggested cause I feel he's that good. You will not go wrong contacting Don should you need some generator repair done.

Very responsive and fast service. Will do Business again.
