we've had two wonderful experiences with this carpet cleaning company and i definitely recommend their services. the first time, we needed our carpets cleaned before putting our home up for sale. luis came out, and he was professional, friendly, and honest. he did an excellent job making the carpets look fresh and spotless. today, he returned to clean a large area rug and some outdoor furniture cushions. everything turned out looking fantastic—like new again! i'm really happy we found this team and will keep using them for all our carpet cleaning needs in the future. when you find the best, you stay with them.

I checked out a few different carpet cleaning companies in Sparks. Some charged way more for cleaning just a small room, but this company gave me a better deal—they cleaned an extra room and the steps for a much more reasonable price. Their minimum fee was also lower than other places I called. Luis showed up right on time and started by vacuuming the carpets and stairs. He took care of all the spots and stains, then did a thorough, professional cleaning on both the steps and the carpeted rooms. Luis was both friendly and professional, and he mentioned that the company is family owned, which I really liked. I paid easily by credit card after he finished and I checked the work. The carpets look and smell fresh, and the steps came out great. Highly recommend their carpet cleaning service!

We were recommended Golden touch carpet & upholstery cleaning when we needed urgent help with a big carpet cleaning job—a spilled full bottle of liquid soap thanks to our toddler! We were so impressed with the service from start to finish. Javier, who helped us, was incredibly friendly, honest, and fair. The job turned out to be much bigger than expected, but he stayed until the carpets were spotless and didn't charge us extra, even though we offered. We truly appreciated the dedication and professionalism. Our carpets look amazing now!
