We were on the fence to commit to another expense with house cleaners and have another monthly bill. When we moved to a new home, it was at the top of our list to factor it in to our monthly bills because we realized we have very busy lives and we needed the extra nudge to stay on top of things and in order to truly maintain an organized clean home.
A clean start in a new home definitely inspired us to take extra measures in caring for our home and investment. I asked around for referrals. My friend said that she used Molly Maids and that she was really happy with them. I told her I felt a little nervous about having people come inside my home. She was so confident with her response stating they are licensed bonded and insured. And she’s never had a problem! That really hit home with us feeling confident and comfortable in having total strangers come into our home to clean while we aren’t there.
We have been having Molly Maids clean our home every single month for over a year and I know for a fact, if we stopped using them, things would deteriorate quickly around here. We prepare for them to come, and that’s part of the encouraging process that helps us stay on top of things. Patricia and Alondra were assigned to our home and they have made such a huge difference in our lives. I love coming home after Alondra and Ana Maria finish My house. Everything is so fresh and clean and I get to relax.

Our deep clean was 10/10. Iris, Daysi and Carolina did a fantastic job. I didn't know the counter tops and floors could look that good. They were kind, and had a great attention to detail. They even slightly reorganized the small things to help us maintain the clean longer. I have small animals too, what was a nice surprise..the air seemed cleaner and fresh like we just moved in. Can't wait for the next clean. Thank you.

We’ve been using Molly maid over 6 months now. The team who comes always does a great job (Hika and Hortencia) and some its other staff too. The house always looks and smells great. They are always super friendly. The initial consult they have someone and assess what you want cleaned and how much and the frequency. Has worked great for our family.

I've been using Molly Maid for a couple of years now. I've had a few different teams come but Alondra Y and Ana Maria have been the best team so far!! They've only been cleaning my house for a few weeks but they do such a good and thorough job. They're professional, caring and treat my home like their own. I am grateful to have found them. They're the best team!!

My experience with this service was really good. At every step they were thorough. Customer Service was easily accessible and contacted me frequently to remind me what was happening and when. The staff members that arrived at my house were on time, very friendly, efficient and had excellent cleaning skills as well. I highly recommend.

Molly Maids completed a move out cleaning for me on 01/15/26 for my 4000+ sq ft home I had sold. I paid $655 for the service.
The new owners upon moving in found the home to be dusty, cob webs on living room ceiling and pantry not wiped down.
The new owners hired another house cleaner to finish the cleaning and charged me $300. I reached out to Molly Maids by
email twice explaining the issue with photos from the new owners showing the dirt left. I called and left messages three separate times with no return call.

$405 for a move out clean and this is what you get. Yes I understand my tenants were slobs but they also completely overcharged for a half ass job. The house was completely empty. When I called inquiring they told me they clean walls and they don’t clean base board. Which is very interesting for a move out clean. Apparently they don’t also clean drawers out of wipe mirrors, absolutely a disaster. The lady offered to come and “wipe my drawers out.” WOW thanks will never recommend. No one ever called me asking for additional time. Reason I declined was because how rude they were when they offered.

Ruined a crawl space hitting an irrigation line. Took no accountability and tried to blame the home owner. Over all bad business!

Unfortunately I wanted to like this company, and by my better judgement and former reviews I had read leaving me skeptical, I still used them for a gutter install because the price and timing was right…

After install I did a brief overlook of the job, the roof flashing was bent up all over and to some cases beyond 90° to install the gutters, but left that way, very poor craftsmanship. I called them back to fix it and a leak that was pretty substantial. Unfortunately at the time of the service call I didn’t notice a section where they had installed a run, that had two 90° angles, followed by another run and a downspout. The first run was installed almost 1.5” too low so it has standing water in it. When I noticed this it was “outside the warranty” although it was installed incorrectly in the first place. I called the company about 15 months after they were installed- this January to get it fixed- yes we’ve had a lot of snow this winter where I live so I can understand the delay in service. Well it’s been 4 months now and still no service and now they want to charge me a service fee to come out and fix the installers mistake. Kind of a slap in the face. But whatever, that’s why I’m letting the public know I guess.. I mean, they work, are they pretty? Meh. Is it what I expected? Not compared to some of the other jobs I’ve seen in the neighborhood. Maybe get a contractor who isn’t doing “All” the things, and one who specializes in gutters, or whatever the project is. “A Jack of all trades Is a master of none.”

Update-After a few months and coincidentally after this review they came out and fixed it free of charge- thank you.

With no request, and no permission. Advertising material was stuck to a glass door. That has now left a sticky residue behind upon removal. Completely unacceptable even if I was interested I would never use this company

I see negative reviews but I was treated well. The mark of a good company is customer service. My expensive motorized shade screen was installed and due to uneven patio pavers it would not roll up all the way and looked bad. Without hesitation, Chuck agreed to order a new screen. As it is 16’ wide this will demolish his bottom line profit. I appreciate them doing this and would not hesitate doing business with them in the future.

Just finished replacing 125 feet of fence, RV gate. WOW, what a great job! They were neat, clean and so was the job site when they left. Have one more fence to replace and will most definitely have them complete the work.
