I thought the technician did a great job of explaining things and I didn’t feel like he just “found” something for an additional service or cost. In addition, he helped educate me about my system and square footage same we talked about future options. I didn’t feel pressured and found him to be highly professional Ana knowledgeable.

Honestly felt we were scammed. We lost our hot water on Saturday, called sunday after we tried to reset it ourselves, called All hours Air and they got someone out by the time they had said. Gentlemen didnt help, just told us that we gotta get a new one, quoted us 3800 for a new one for 1700 for new heating elements. Then told us that we owe 40$ because of the weekend fee, which wasnt told to us over the phone. And now were 3 days without hot water.

Jacob was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain the issue and how to properly care for our heater. It’s refreshing to work with a person with strong customer service and knowledge in his field.

Great crew, loved the communication with them. The gentleman was very nice and kept everything clean. The price was fantastic if you got in during their $59.00 special. Will definitely be reaching out to them next year for our furnace tune up.

Brian is very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our furnace. He is very courteous ., pleasant and super professional. I will highly recommend him!

Everything looks great water is still a little cloudy from the new filter but they said that it should clear up soon. Javier was great and has been a big help. I have his cell if anything goes wrong and he said I could call him anytime. They worked with us on the financing and were very helpful by offering suggestions on how to handle our situation. I highly recommend them.

Todd is my hero! He is knowledgeable about my heater and had it repaired and heating my home in no time. He explained everything and showed me what to do if the problem happened again. Being a new customer I was very impressed with him and the company. They have a new customer for life.

Very good experience! When I called their office they answered promptly and were very professional. The next morning Nick came to my house and determined that my kitchen sink was not draining due to blockage further down in the pipes under the house. They came out next day and fixed the problem. Jerome and Nick were very personable and explained everything they were doing and why. They told me the cost upfront and offered some discounts. I highly recommend.

We've had a chronic problem with a tankless water heater. All Hours was very responsive in setting appointment times, having knowledgable techs, and finding the causes - and solution to the issue. Reliable and trustworthy.

Technician were very courteous and professional upon arrival. I had requested service for my furnace, inspection were accomplished, no problems were identified. I’ve already booked service for my AC unit in the spring. My requirements were met and I would recommend their services to others.

We had a leak behind our refrigerator that we tried to fix, but it became too complicated. Then I noticed that the floor in front of the refrigerator was starting to buckle. I immediately called All Hours Air and the woman who answered the phone said she could have a technician there within a couple of hours. Chance, the technician, came within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within the hour. He even said he would get in touch with a company that would come over and check for the damage caused by the small water leak, which had been going for a while. The baseboards are starting to get wet. Thanks, Chance, for coming out so quick.

In addition, the amount to come out to look at the problem is much lower than most of the companies in the area. We decided to sign up for their maintenance program where they will come out 3 times a year to clean the water heater, furnace and air conditioner.

This is the second time I have had all hours air service my heat system, and water heater. I had Brian and he was fantastic. Explained things to me along with options. Great.

Run! don't walk to All Hours heating, cooling, indoor air , and plumbing.
Honest, gracious, knowledgeable and reasonable.

We loved the service, which was efficient, honest and great! I called at 11. 30 am and they sent out a technician that very day by 3 pm. Todd Dillard came to our house and got the heater up and running in no time. He explained what need work in simple clear terms and provided us a plan to ensure regular maintenance. They also do plumbing and HVAC so we are very pleased. The rates were explained upfront, and we were very satisfied. Updated review: The gas valve blew the very next night! I called the office and Veronica and Katlyn were very helpful. Brandon came over and by 1. 30 pm the heating was up and running again. Brandon was efficient and he took the time to explain to us the repairs he made and again he was very upfront with the pricing. We loved the service!

Tech Gerome came out to install new water heater as the old water heater was leaking everywhere. Jerome assessed everything then answered questions and have me price. Gerome came back next day with all supplies, he worked many hours as uyo bring house up to to code. So many new pieces had to be applied to heater closet and water heater. Gerome wanted everything right. It was getting later and another tech (Colin)came out to help between the two of them their work was beautiful and well done. It showed they really cared about their job. Thats team work! They were in the house, on the roof and under the house to make sure everything was right. They were there 8 hours and did not complain once!

Great excellent service. The Lady on the phone was fantastic, they came in an hour and fixed our furnace, this is a company well run! Highly recommend!

Billy was wonderful. He was punctual, professional, kind, and informative. We appreciate his servicing our HVAC system and fixing the errors of the original installers. Billy’s customer servicing was amazing and appreciated!

First time using All Hours Air. Replaced failed sump pump under our home. Great to deal with on phone. Appt within 48 hours. Their onsite plumber/tech was fantastic. Wet muddy job underhouse. Took all precautions to keep inside of home clean. Installed a better quality pump unit. Very fair and reasonable price for the work performed.

We called for what we thought was going to be a heating system repair, but quickly were told it was a maintenance issue! We needed to change the air filter. It was an easy fix. Scheduling an appointment around our errands for the day was easy. We even called back when we finished our errands and they fit us in early. The communication was great, from the person who made our appointment to the guys who came to the house, worked on the heater and answered all of our questions. Thanks, All Hours Air!

I can see why my next door neighbors recommended All Hours Air. Chris and Chris were on time, conscientious about their work and my furniture, explained what was going to happen, went above and beyond when removing and replacing the side of the fence for access to the condenser, were super friendly and were extremely knowledgeable about everything they replaced and answered all of my questions. In short, they were fantastic.

The technician arrived within the scheduled time and was courteous and fully cooperative. He examined the humidifier and detected the likely issue. He then presented options and a willingness to do any. I chose the least expensive and he started immediately and the results appeared to correct the issue. All during this work effort, I was kept informed and all questions readily answered. I was totally pleased with the work performed and price charged.
