This is the third time we've had Lincoln heating and air install a system in our home in South Reno. They really know what they're doing and have come up with unique ways to make the Mitsubishi mini split systems work for our needs. The way they've set things up we're able to adjust temperatures throughout our house zone by zone. From first contact till the last tail lights everything has been smooth and professional. Communication is excellent and pricing has been more than fair across the board. Also enjoy the follow up service and maintenance as needed.

Fast service, came with in 4 hrs of my call. Keenan was awesome and handled things quickly and professionally. Didn’t try to sell me a new unit as others companies do. Thank you for the great service!

Andrew was great, I had absolutely no heat, he diagnosed and repaired with a new gas valve within the hr.... heater works awesome now. I just want to note that they sent someone out asap 9am next morning service!!

We’ve been using Lincoln Heating and Air for several years for our HVAC servicing. They are very responsive and professional. Our recent furnace installation was accomplished by Henry Torres and he did a great job. We noticed a small condensation leak in the vent pipe and Henry showed up the next day to correct the problem.

Deondre’ gave several options to solutions without being pushy!!! Immediately identified the issues !!! Very informative, very kind, very professional indeed a great experience with Lincoln!! The tech that serviced our residence on 2/28/2026 was Cory. He was very knowledgeable and able to skillfully detail why each step taken was part of the regular maintenance check-up to ensure functionality of the furnace assessed during the visit. We will be contracting with Lincoln Heating & Air moving forward for our A/C and Heating system needs.

We needed someone to check our gas heater's pilot light as it wasn't kicking on like it normally does at night. I called Lincoln Heating and Air. They responded very quickly and determined that the pilot light was out. Dominic relit the pilot light and was kind enough to show us how to do it just in case it happens again. He was very friendly yet professional. We will call them again for all of our gas furnace needs.

Heating system replacement, EXTERNALLY FABULOUS JOB FROM STATE TO FINSH, Yes I loved the job ❤️ Lincoln Heating & Air helped me with when my old heater quite working me, Yes I feel they are the best Heating & Air Company. in the United States just like President Lincoln is my favorite President of the United States ever, from start to finish they were perfection ❤️
I payed 7,7700 for my new heater from 500.00 to 2,000.less then the other companies in the Reno Sparks estimates.

The technicians and people we have talked to have been great. My wife has been very pleased with their service and all of the humans she has talked to.

However, they have moved their call answering service to a weird AI system. It has simulated background noise so it sounds like an office, the voice told my wife his name was Dane and she could ask for him, it even added pauses when "looking up information." However, it was a creepy AI bot, using her name too frequently, then using an entirely different, random name for the back half of the call. We were calling about a recent repair that appeared to need a revisit and "Dane" told us that there would be a minimum charge for them to check on their own work. This was the least human interaction with a company I've ever been a part of and the effort the system put in to make it sound authentic just felt deceptive and weird. Get a voicemail box or be upfront about using an automated assistant. Deceptive interactions just make me feel less confident about other areas of their work.

Yes, btw. When asked if we could speak to a real person, it confirmed someone would be available on Monday to call us back.

Update: Andrew came out today and was great, as their techs consistently are.

I recently had Corey Willis come out to clean the burners on our heater, and I was very happy with the service. As a new homeowner, I had no idea how to service anything. So I asked Corey a ton of questions throughout the service about my heater. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and happy to explain everything in a way that made sense. He didn't talk down to me and treated me with respect.

Lincoln Heating & Air was quick to get me scheduled when our heat stopped working right before Thanksgiving. Houston showed up after hours and was great, very knowledgeable and fixed the issue. He showed me different parts of my unit and pointed out some things to look out for, and offered to come back quickly if we had any more problems. I appreciate the great service and will definitely use Lincoln in the future!

Technician came out to the house today for our first scheduled maintenance of our units. He was very professional and polite, keeping us updated throughout. Service was completed sooner than expected. Highly recommend Lincoln Heating and Air!

Worked with Andrew. Great person, he was able to help identify the issue and find resolution. They were able to handle hydronic system, which is great - many other hvac companies had no idea how to resolve it.

This was my first time using Lincoln, but I was so impressed that I felt I had to leave a review. Some people may not like the AI assistant that answers when you call, but I thought it was rad! It was a perfect intro call collecting all of the basic info and then I receive a call back a little while after to schedule the appointment and they had availability the very next day. Andrew was our tech and he was super cool and got us taken care of. I highly recommend these guys. I’ll use them again in the future for sure!

I was roped into thinking about my heater by a big box store offering a ridiculous deal. Figured mine hasn't been serviced in years and jumped at the opportunity. Once we got to making the appointment they said they didnt work on furnaces that use heating oil. Sweet, now the bug is in my head. Luckily there were a handful of stickers on my unit and I made the call to Lincoln heating and air. Rebecca was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. She was able to make my appointment and rescheduled when I got stuck at work. The technician Houston was thorough and knowledgeable when it came to older systems. He took the time to explain each test and what they look for while doing the tune-up. He noticed a capacitor out of spec and was able to change it. I appreciate him also showing me the reading of the bad part once it was removed from the unit. Would I have rather the screaming deal offered from the big box store, of course. Overall im grateful for the experience with your team and will be calling for services again in the future.

Andrew, the technician is easy to talk to and knows his stuff, especially about electrical! His recommendation to reroute my boiler intake was on the spot, and he even pointed to alternative competitors if I need to get more in depth help with my boiler.

Our furnace stopped working, not good! Cold wife, bad life...called another company who had recently installed A/C unit thinking they would take care of us, after spending $$$$.$$ with them..wrong answer! This was a Friday, they were rude, didn't care about us being a previous customer, couldn't come out till the next Monday!! Contacted Lincoln, said would have a guy over right away, Corey showed up let me say not a nicer man! Diagnosed the furnace, blower motor out, because of the cost we had to talk it over, he said he could do it on Monday. We decided ok, it was a cold.. weekend.. But to summarize he arrived on Monday morning (His day off) and yea..... we have heat.

We are very pleased for choosing Lincoln Heating & Air to replace our ac unit and furnace, the service is outstanding! Excellent communication and great experience with Todd C the estimator. The technician Uriel G and was very polite, clean, knowledgeable and professional, both technicians were amazing (I apologize, I don’t remember the name of the other technician). The office has been amazing. Christie is a great communicator. It is very difficult to find a company that provides excellent service from the office to the technicians, every single interaction was outstanding!

Our furnace went out during the recent snowfall. Called Lincoln to troubleshoot the issue. We were very satisfied with their service. Deondre, the tech, was very efficient in finding the problem. He was friendly and patiently answerdd my questions and explained the problem and how he planned to fix it. I also appreciate him taking photos as part of his report. Lincoln's front office was friendly and communicated well. I would definitely use
them again.

Houston serviced our oil furnace and did an excellent job. His young appearance may deceive you, but he is a professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is one of the best technicians I have worked with in servicing my old house's oil furnace. I highly recommend him!
