I been trying to get someone to answer and they won't return calls or accept calls

Installed very professionally. Technicians were professional at all times. I love the neatness of the work. GSG has always answered any questions I have had. I would use GSG again for sure!!

The entire process was very well done and competitively priced. I REALLY wished they would have placed one contact person in charge so that I would have had someone to go to when questions/problems arose. That being said the people I did interact with were friendly and knowledgable.

The solar panels are repaying me for the cost of the panels each day the sun is shinning. I am building up credits with NV Energy to off set my energy cost later when I need more energy to run the air conditioning. At the moment all my electric usage is being supplied by the panels and I am accumulating credits for later use.

Representatives of Go Solar have all been very professional and knowledgeable so far. They keep me informed of all the steps being taken and the progress in getting my solar panels installed.

Eric was fantastic. Available when we were, great communication and explanation of the process. Incredibly knowledgeable about the product, system and timeline. Best of all knows the science behind all this and wasn't afraid to say "I don't know, I'll get back to you" when he didn't. And he got back to us asap!

You sent your work men and the installed the Tesla battery pack and install all the parts so that it could tie into my existing electrical system. Every thing is working good. And your tech that came out was very good and tie my cell phone to the battery pack so I can see how it it charging etc.

Sales professional Daoud Dalia was such a pleasure to work with. He is honest, patient, and was able to answer all my questions about solar. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Tonight a really nice guy in his early 20's knocked on my door. I talked with him for about 5 minutes and sent him on his way.

The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because he ignored the NO SOLICITING sign on my front door and also it was 8 pm! What kind of company sends their sales reps out this late and disregards the wishes of the home owners.

I hope someone in their sale management office reads this and adjust their approach on trying to grow their company in this area.

Today I was visited by Solar Consultant James Latimer, who provided me with exactly the information I was seeking, in order to determine if I should install solar panels on my home. Mr. Latimer was extremely informative and demonstrated both a thorough knowledge of Go Solar Group's products and pricing policies, and he was able to quickly calculate different scenarios, based on my numerous "What if...?" questions. Very impressive salesmanship! Thank you, James!

Absolutely hands down no regrets! Amazing group of people. Incredible humanitarian group too. Makes you feel good to buy from a company that actually invests in community and humanitarian projects. Eric was our salesperson, amazing young man. Please give this company a call. Invest in a company that cares! This is a company that seriously believes in people and helping others.

No call no show for the initial appointment. I reached out to the salesman via text 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, not the other way around. A simple call from him to reschedule would have been fine. He did offer to reschedule during the text conversation, but I declined. The final assessment was offered by email per my request.
Received a follow-up call from the VP over sales the following day. We both left messages.
