24 Hour flood pros were great, I came home from vacation and my home was flooded. They came right away and helped every step of the way, drying out affected areas, helped set up my things to be packed out, referred a contractor to rebuild everything. I could not be more thankful for Dylan and their team.

I woke up in the middle of the night and heard dripping from my ceiling, I have never been more terrified. They were the only ones who answered the phone late at night and came out right away. In the following couple of days I got to know the great crew (Dylan, Andy, Thomas, and Ken) they set up containment areas because I am extremely sensitive to mold, took out the affected areas, there were some big holes missing which scared me but were able to arrange to have it be rebuilt that same week. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

These guys are awesome they got straight to work explaining to me everything that was going on and what else is going to happen as this process continues I am definitely not stressed out about the house and my things that got damaged. I would highly recommend

Matt and his team were exceptional. They were very responsive with our home flood. Thee response time was great and were able to get things under control and also helped me navigate with my insurance. I highly recommend them to all friends and family.

I only have good things to say about these guys. Super professional and competent. I had a water heater leak that had been going on for who knows how long. Right as I noticed, they came out within the hour set up equipment. Had a plumber out that day. Killed all of the mold that was growing and had someone patch it up in a matter of days.

Matt was awesome with our flood! Him and his crew came out right away and got all of the water mount of our house. They helped us work with State Farm and the process was super easy! I definitely recommend anyone that finds themselves in a similar position to give these guys a call, you won’t regret it.

Very quick and easy service from these guys . Had a floor leak that soaked most of the carpet and under the pad. Set up fans for all the carpet areas to dry and even under the crawl space where the leak was. Ken did an awesome job. Thanks !

24 Hour Flood Pros of Reno is a quality company! Dylan and Thomas were just at my house giving me an estimate and doing a section of cleaning of my ceiling. I would recommend this company to anyone! They are so helpful, responsive and do an amazing job. We had a roof leaf, I called them and they were at my house tarping my roof and installing water mitigation equipment in the span of a few hours. They have been back to demo and clean up, and again were so respectful, clean and efficient.

Dylan, Ken, and Thomas were just incredible. After my condo flooded, they came in everyday to check equipment and moved quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to get me back into my home. I highly recommend this company!

Our water heater had been leaking for a while and finally died. When we finally realized where the problem was, mold and drywall damage had occurred and everything needed to be removed. Jordan and his team were quick to respond and the whole experience was smooth and professional. We’ll definitely call them again but I really hope we don’t need to!!

I want to thank Drake, Roan, Reuben, Kris, Dawaun for their services. These guys did an amazing job cleaning water damage from a busted water heater. They also cleared out a badly wired room that previous owners built inside that same garage. We can finally use our garage as a garage now!
