I wish I could have clicked on ALL the values for what I liked about this business. I will say, the product we got works wonderfully and the team kept their word and made sure we got what we needed. The office is amazing in their attention to detail and the guys are good at their jobs. I waited until I could verify that the finances they helped me find worked out as well before issuing this commendation - and they all passed with flying colors.

I had an emergency with my gas meter locked in the off position by Nevada Energy due to a gas leak beneath the house. I called Desert Air just before closing time, explained my dilemma and the very nice Lady said help is on the way. The tech was at my home in minutes and had the leaking gas pipe beneath the house repaired/replaced in record time.
Desert Air llc is a company that is well organized, managed, and with wonderful talented employees.
A note for contractors doing work in crawl spaces: Do not use “black pipe” for grab bars! Whoever you are, you almost caused a gas explosion!

My air flow is weak and not able to cool down my house.

I have them to come help the issue. They are nice and check attic to check there is not thing bad.

After all, they said my air filter which I used same kind for 13 years is the issue. I check to a lower filter. They air flow is a little better than it was but still not cooling down the house. I give it a try for almost a month since 7/15/2021. It took 4 hours not even cool one degree at evening. I have to shut down my air condition in case it will burn out.

I didnt see this response at time. I still just give up to use my air conditioning for three years I will find someone else this year to see if they can fix this issue and update here.
