We had an OE code pop up on our LG washing machine on a Sunday afternoon and weren’t sure whether to repair or replace it. After searching online for a local repair company, we found Appliance Remedy and sent a text. Fortunately, he had availability for same-day service—and even had the part we needed on hand! Dan was super kind and very professional. He was able to schedule us in rather quickly which was very much appreciated, given our washer was broken and we have a newborn. He fixed it in under an hour! Highly recommend.

Dan was very good to deal with.

I had him repair an LG electric oven that went on the fritz. It unfortunately broke itself again after the repair. Dan came back out and replaced additional parts free of charge under his provided repair warranty.

It ended up breaking a third time - Dan admitted that the issue would likely now require an LG specialist and said he would be unable to complete the repair again.

However, what set Dan apart in my opinion; is at this point he refunded us the repair fee in full, no questions asked. This is a level of professionalism that I rarely experience.

This sets Dan apart in my book, and will contact him in the future with any appliance repair needs I have.

Dan was great! Very responsive and even ended up helping diagnose and correct my problem in minutes over the phone. He could have easily charged me to come out instead. Really appreciated his integrity and generosity. Looking forward to working with Dan on all my appliance repair needs in the future… Would highly recommend.
