Our hot water heater went out right before the snow storm. Ferris had an appointment set and a technician out the door the next morning and had us up and running in a few hours. Nick Lortie did an incredible job and had a great attitude and explained stuff to us as new home owners. Highly recommend! Before and After photos included.

If you need service for either plumbing heating & air I cannot recommend Ferris Plumbing & HVAC enough!!! Came and performed service with less then 24 hour notice let me know when they were on there way showed up on time respected the area they were working in! Two very friendly guys that did an amazing job installing my brand new water heater! Thanks so much from me and Kevin! P.s they also love dogs which was awesome with my black lab being at home!
