Jason was incredible!!!! We’ve been having a ton of issues with our washing machine and he showed up quickly and efficiently to figure out the problem. Jason was so knowledgeable about the issue and recommended two different options for us moving forward. He even told me I could text him when we go shopping for a new appliance which was so kind!

Kind, personal, and truly dedicated. Quoted 3 hours but spent 6-8 hours to ensure the refrigerator was fully fixed right. Highly recommend for any fridge repair!

I cannot say enough about Jason! I got his info from my daughter and so happy I did when I had a leak in my washer. The communication was excellent. He is friendly and professional. My issue took him 3 trips to my home but it is solved and I am so pleased. He wouldn’t take payment until the job was completed and it was reasonable price. If an appliance needs fixing again I will definitely call Jason.

My refrigerator broke. I reached out to Jason and had an amazing experience. The communication was phenomenal and he provided amazing service. He also clearly had a deep knowledge of his craft.

Jason at Appliance Medic was in a word: Exceptional. He was knowledgeable as well as professional all at a reasonable price. We didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment like some of the other companies that I was able to reach on the phone. His scheduled appointment only had to wait for the part (we had identified the problem over the phone) and he was at our doorstep within a couple of days. We highly recommend Jason for repairs.

Appliance Medic is a valuable resource to know about and to keep. Fortunately, I’ve only used Jason’s services on two separate occasions, some 6 years apart and the experiences have always been stellar. First was a cranky refrigerator, now a dishwasher. He keeps his appointments and has a link that shows you where he is located en route to your home. He is extremely professional and friendly. With the high cost of appliances, it’s worthy to repair it than replace it. Thanks Jason.
