Jeremy our technician arrived on time and very professional and courteous as soon as he entered our home! He voluntarily put on shoe covers, which is so respectful of the home, (and very rarely done by a service person of any kind), and so appreciated as a homeowner.
Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem and remedy for our appliance issues, and even found an error in the manufacturer's owners manual. He helped repair two different appliances very efficiently and successfully.

Chris was great. We had a problem with a brand new LG washer flooding. It was a disaster because the washer is on the second floor and water was flowing into the dining room.
Chris immediately diagnosed the problem. The hose connected to the pressure sensor wasn’t seated properly, so the washer couldn’t detect that the washer was already filled with water, so the water kept flowing.
Prompt, quick, competent, and personable—what more could anyone ask for?

We have been working with this company since August on an issue with our washing machine, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. They have been out at least six times, replacing multiple parts that ultimately were not the root cause of the problem.
After months of repeated visits and no resolution, multiple technicians later, the issue was finally diagnosed correctly and the new technician returned to replace what turned out to be a minor part. It was disappointing to realize how much time and effort could have been avoided with a more accurate diagnosis early on.
Now, just a short time later, the washer is having issues again. When we contacted Reliable for service (still under warranty), we were given a ln appointment of July 1st-nearly a month away.
The timeline is completely unacceptable. After the prolonged delays and multiple service visits it took to resolve the initial
Issue, being expected to go without a washing machine for a month is unreasonable.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience with both the accuracy of repairs and the timeliness of service. After years of loyalty to them for service, we will be taking our business elsewhere even if that means voiding our warranty.
