Costa's Building & Remodeling was recommended to me by a salesperson from a local lumber yard who said she had been hearing unsolicited good things about Steve Costa from her customers.  I saw that he was an easy going and knowledgeable young talent who had good experience behind him.  We hired him spring of '23 to replace the front and back entry doors on our @hundred year old cottage.  As one might guess, he uncovered some surprises which he was handily able to deal with.  Steve is a true professional who takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done.  He responds to calls, emails and texts in a timely manner and gives detailed estimates.  We subsequently hired him to do another home project last fall.  --My hubby who leans fussy was also impressed with Steve's work.  We will hire him again for other home fixes.

Steve and his crew recently completed a major repair project for our Condo association. They did repairs on 111 houses which needed various degrees of side garage door repairs and resealing. We chose his company because we have had past experience with him with various repairs on the houses. He is very detailed and explains the work needed and if something unusual came up we were notified right away so we could see the issue and his very thorough explanation of it. I have nothing but praise for Steve's expertise and work ethic which is so hard to find these days. He is definitely the one to call for any kind of construction work.

Costa Building Crew are very skilled craftsman who kept us unformed about the project and schedule and recommended the most affordable solutions. Their prices was very fair and their work was excellent. Next project I have I will be calling them.

I reached out for a quote in August. I was asked to send pictures and my contact information, which I did. A few weeks later I still had not heard back so I called again and spoke with the husband. He knew nothing about it and gave me a number to call his wife. I left a message for her twice with no call back. I messaged the husband to confirm the number but he never responded.
I tried one last time to reach the wife and was successful. She apologized and said I would have a quote by the end of the week.
Still nothing.
I messaged her one last time and she asked for my contact info that I had sent a whole six weeks before.
I sent the info yet again and was told I would have the quote that day.
That was last week. I still have no quote and no interest in dealing with them any further.
Strongly suggest you don’t either.

Bristol Construction did a wonderful job with a recent project I had. They were polite, professional, and stayed on budget and schedule. The communication was top notch, and they were very easy to work with. I look forward to working with them in the future.

My wife and I had a great experience with Team Engineering. Jeff was the engineer we worked directly with on our project and he was terrific. He was punctual, professional, and communicative. Team Engineering helped design a new structural beam for our basement so we could open up our space. We understand all projects are different. However, if you are looking for an engineer firm that you want to feel confident in using, please reach out to Team Engineering.

We cannot say enough about our initial consultation with Brian Ki. He was extremely professional, honest and thorough in his assessment of our old lake home renovation and addition project needs, with regard to existing structure and building codes. He was very patient in answering our questions and in providing engineering guidance, as we make decisions about moving forward. Will not hesitate to work with him.

We've worked twice now with Brian on follow up to our home inspections and he has been incredibly responsive, professional and insightful. We are thankful for his assistance. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and will continue to use him for our future projects.

I had been working on a large car port project for my home, and hired Brian Ki at Team Engineering to do some planning designs for me back in 2017. His work was excellent, and I really felt like he understood exactly what my needs were. Unfortunately, at that time I put the project on hold as the costs were more than I had anticipated to build my ideal car port. Fast forward to 2021 and I decided it was time to move ahead with a scaled back version of the plan. I hired a contractor who was able to get a permit and they proceeded to begin the construction. At the initial stage of construction I ran into a bit of a conflict with the contractor on how the structure was being built. I immediately reached out to Brian for guidance and he was able to assist me over the phone with my concerns, even though he had not worked with me in a few years. He remembered the project and took time to explain his answers to my questions, even though I knew he was swamped with other current projects. I really appreciated his professionalism and his guidance. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have some work done that requires an engineer. He is honest, direct, and patient. Thank you once again Brian for your help! I look forward to working with you again in the future if another project pops into my head.

They did a reserve study for our condo association, and coordinated quotes for deck replacements. The reserve study estimate was way below the quotes. They charged extra hourly work of more than $3,000 (which was not in the Association's budget), and wanted to be paid to rework the quotes. The association fired them. We later learned that they forced their subcontractors to price everything high. Not a good experience for us.

Just worked with Team Engineering, they were professional, polite, and to the point. They guided me through the engineering process and gave me extremely sound advice. They helped me feel confident in the decisions I am going to make going forward with my home. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a structural engineer!

Thank you Granite State Cabinetry for another outstanding renovation for our home. Kitchen was our first project and it still looks brand new today and that was 8 years ago. Now with our newly remodeled master bathroom and bedrooms completed we can hardly believe how beautiful they turned out.
