From start to finish, Queen City Roofing provided an absolutely outstanding experience for our new asphalt roof, earning every one of these five stars.

The initial quoting process was fantastic. We met with a friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional who walked us through everything clearly. The in-house customer service team then made scheduling a breeze, keeping us informed every step of the way.

But the real stars of the show were the installation crew. They arrived early and worked diligently all day until the job was complete. I was incredibly impressed by their organization – they meticulously removed old shingles and placed them directly into dumpsters. They took the time to tarp our entire house, ensuring no debris touched our property. The crew even walked me through the process and patiently answered all my questions.

The cleanup was truly remarkable; I haven't found a single stray nail, and they even leaf-blew our entire property. They went above and beyond by taking the time to remove moss and buildup from our vinyl siding – a thoughtful touch we truly appreciated.

I contracted with Queen City Roofing to do 13 single family homes in our association. Tom, Mike and Maria were top notch right from the beginning. From the original quote (two years ago) to the final clean-up was nothing less than spectacular. The delivery of over 300 squares of shingles, dumpsters and porta potties was on time and well coordinated.
They gave me a start date and, on that day, they showed up with their whole crew. They completed all 13 houses in 2 1/2 days with no problems along the way.
The clean-up was something to watch. They scoured every inch of the yards and roads picking up the smallest pieces of debris, using magnets to pick up the nails.
I would highly recommend them for any roofing projects.

I chose Queen City for my roof replacement because they were highly recommended by two of my neighbors. They were very easy to deal with, communication was good and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. The quote was reasonable and even when the roof needed unexpected repair the final price was still very close to the estimate. The work was done in about 8 hours while I was at work and they cleaned up the property thoroughly. Roof looks great and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Best experience with a roofing company. Queen City Roofing was a great choice for my roof replacement. They were very responsive throughout the project, communication was clear and concise. The installation team was amazing. They worked efficiently and safely, ensuring each step was executed professionally. It was impressive to watch them! The people that work for Queen City Roofing did an awesome job. They worked on one of the hottest days on record for 12 hours. They made sure everything was cleaned up after, and when I noticed one item was not complete per the contract, they were out the next day to correct the mistake.
