Aaron came to repair a gas dryer that had stopped drying. He called ahead, indicating when he would arrive, and arrived as predicted. He was polite, pleasant, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem (bad igniter), and had the repair done in 25 minutes. Not a difficult repair for him, but a considerable relief for us. The cost of the repair was reasonable, and saved us the much greater cost of replacing the combo washer-dryer unit. Thank you ASAP!

My dishwasher did everything but wash dishes. Frankly, I thought it should do that too. I called the store I bought it from and they weren't able to give me an appointment for over a month and their diagnostic charge was sky high. I started looking around the local area and found ASAP. I called and he returned the call the same day, set me up with an appointment early the following week.

When the day came, he called and asked if he could come a little earlier. He showed up on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue and it was not a straight forward path. (I tried all the easy steps myself) Parts arrived next day and I'm up and running.

He called back within 2 days, was running early for his appointment which worked out brilliantly for us, quickly diagnosed the problem (which was owner error, duh), did not charge exorbitantly, and did not make my husband feel inadequate :) when we realized it was our error/oversight. 5+ stars!

He answered my call promptly. He came once to assess the problem, the came back a few days later with the part he needed to order. Before each visit he called and said what hour he’d get to the house, which made it easy for us. He worked quickly and well.

Very prompt and professional. Called when our washer wasn't working. was willing to come out the next day to look at it, but my wife wanted to be there, so he scheduled the first day she was available. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue. Ordered the part and said it would take a couple of days for the part to arrive. He called as promised when part arrived and scheduled the install within days. Showed up on time and installed the part. Great communication and follow through. Would definitely recommend.
