Wow! These guys were great right from the beginning. They got back to me in a club with in a timely manner. They were polite and professional and answered all of my silly questions. They arrived 10 minutes early And we're super considerate. We moved in the day before they arrived to replace our old leaky oil tank with a brand new one. They insisted on helping us find an outdoor outlet so they wouldn't let cold air into our house. They were in and out in a couple hours and did a great clean job. No mess!

I am honestly so surprised that they don't have more of use but it doesn't surprise me that the ones they do help her 5 star! We plan and recommending them to anyone we know who needs an oil tank.

Oil tanks of NE saved us from a cold end of winter!

My oil company decided not to tell me my tank was wearing down until it was "undeliverable" so I was stuck at the beginning of February with no heat whatsoever. After calling around several places and receiving no response, Oil Tanks immediately picked up despite being out of state at the time.

They attempted to squeeze us in for a whole new tank and pad barely two days later. Unfortunately snow storms delayed them for another week(totally understandable! they called ahead each time to reschedule) but today they were here promptly at 8am and I had a new tank and a fresh slab installed despite the snow and frozen ground. Barely took 2 hours!

Thanks to them I am back with heat and for a fair price. Completely recommend this company.

When I re-sided my house, the old oil (kerosene) tank was nearly touching the house siding, making removal and replacement of siding impossible without moving the tank, which was nearly 30 years old. I called Oil Tank Services of New England and received a quote for removal and installation of a new tank. I specified additionally that 1) I would like the tank filter replaced and 2) I wanted the new tank and concrete pad placed ~12 inches out from the house siding so any future work could be completed without disturbing the oil tank. I was told this could be done, but removal of the old tank and installation of the new one would be done on two separate days so I could complete the siding installation first. This was fine, as it meant I could complete work on that side of the house unimpeded by an oil tank.

The initial removal of the tank went well - the two gentlemen showed up on time and were careful and efficient. I called when the siding was completed. Unfortunately, I had to work on the day when the installation of the new tank was scheduled. When I arrived home, I found that the new tank was placed ~1 inch away from the new siding - almost touching in one corner. In addition, there was no in-line filter placed downstream from the tank - just the line running into the house and then to the heater.

I called the next day and explained the situation. I was told they could come back and move the tank / pad and add a filter. I was given a date a few weeks later when these changes could be made.

The appointment date came and went and nobody showed up. I called multiple times and left multiple messages asking for a return call, which I did not receive. Eventually, I called from my work phone and received an answer. I explained the situation once again and was told (including expletives) that they "did what they were going to do" and they were not coming back for any reason.

I was able to add an in-line filter the following summer myself after the filter in the heater plugged several times during the winter, causing the heater to starve from lack of fuel. This was frustrating but not the end of the world. What was most frustrating was the lack of professionalism I experienced. I hesitate to give a one star review given that the tank and concrete pad were of good quality and the price I was charged was reasonable and consistent with quotes I received from other companies. However, given that only part of the job I specified was performed and the way I was treated when I called to have the rest of the job completed makes me hesitate to recommend this company. You may do well if you need a simple tank replacement but if you need anything beyond that, I would look elsewhere.

Mike and Eric rock! The price was right, and their experience shows. They did two new tanks transferred fuel and took the old ones with them. Cleaned up after themselves, All in about 5 hours! I highly recommend them.

Just had three old tanks removed and two larger ones installed. Not an easy job to remove the old ones but Eric and Mike found a way and did a perfect job. Oil Tank Services of New England is easy to do business with, prompt and reasonable. Strongly recommend them.

Home Energy Products installed our Mitsubishi hyper-heating ductless mini split electric heat pumps in early June 2025, just in time for the summer heat and they performed flawlessly. The same results during this cold winter, keeping us warm. Everyone from the initial sale with Josh to follow up questions with Justin, the manager and Peter in service was great. Installation by Kyle and Drew was trouble free and quick and easy.

Kyle and Mike did a great job installing 3 Mitsubishi Mini Split AC units in my house. They were excellent and very efficient with their time. Took 2 days instead of 3. They were very patient when trying to get the app working on my phone and a pleasure to work with.

Home Energy Products has now installed two separate Mitsubishi heat pumps at our house. Phil was excellent to work with to ensure we had the appropriate design and size of the system. Marc and Lucas were very clean and efficient installing the units. We couldn’t be happier! We would highly recommend Home Energy Products and these Mitsubishi heat pumps.

Kyle and Drew were on time, very polite, neat, quiet. Asked permission to make adjustments. Very Explanatory. We're very surprised to see 12 foot ceilings, but all went smoothly. They have not been gone an hour yet and I love the system! The salesman,
Phil Joyce, prepped them very well with photos and descriptions. All 3 were so professional and just so nice! Thank you do much.

Kyle and Pete installed a three unit system in our house today. They were professional, respectful and very tidy. They worked diligently all day until the job was done completely, they then took time to instruct me on how to use it. The whole process of this purchase from Home Energy Products was excellent, I highly recommend them. Thank you HEP!!

We had a ductless mini-split heating system installed by Home Energy Products and have been very pleased with the overall service. Philip Joyce was our main point of contact and was excellent throughout — knowledgeable, responsive, and clear in explaining options and next steps.

The installation itself was handled professionally, and what really stood out was the support after installation. Philip was extremely helpful in answering follow-up questions, making sure the system was set up correctly, and ensuring everything was working as expected. That level of aftercare makes a real difference.

Overall, a smooth process from start to finish and a company that stands behind its work. I would happily recommend Home Energy Products.
