Above & Beyond! After connecting with NE Mini Split Installers regarding one bedroom in my house that was not heated efficiently in the extreme cold, they came and surveyed the project and scheduled installation of Mitsubishi's hyper heat mini split system. Of course, in true New England style, the day of install there was a snow storm. The installers didn't miss a beat. Working all day in the frigid temps, to make sure that we had a warm bedroom that night. Since then, we haven't had one issue with the cold in that room. Thank you NE Mini Split Installers! We definitely will be calling for our next heating/cooling project.

I have been a customer of Bow Plumbing & Heating for six or seven years. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of their work and, in emergencies, their response time. Plumbers are always willing to explain what they are doing, why and what they have found. When contacting the office regarding scheduling or billing the staff is always knowledgeable and pleasant. Called them on a Saturday couldn't bother calling me back. This company sucks!!! They put in a water heater in 2018 and it is leaking all over my cellar. No expansion tank was installed(on them). Never will I use these idiots again.

I had an emergent need for an installation and alteration to a shower. The communication was outstanding and efficient and rapid. We are lucky to have this company. My installer was Spencer and he was personable and professional

They are so prompt. They are personable. Bob the owner will call and make sure jobs are done right. I have an issue I inherited from the previous owner of my house and Bob is going an extra mile to talk to building inspectors. The kindness is not unseen.

Unprofessional and extremely incompetent. Do not use them. They are as bad as it gets. Can’t even fix a leaky tub twice….

These guys were great! I called them to get a second quote and opinion because I felt Paul the Plumber was trying to over charge me. I needed a valve repaired in my shower and Paul the Plumber said they couldn’t repair it and needed to replace it, and quoted me a little over $2000. Bow heating and plumbing was able to repair the existing valve and charged me a little over $350. They were also able to do the work the same day. I also inquired what the cost of replacing the unit would be if we wanted to upgrade the existing unit, and he told me a little over $1000, roughly half of what Paul the Plumber quoted me. If you live in southern New Hampshire area, call these guys for good, honest service and fair prices.
