Great experience. Classen’s was extremely professional and efficient.

Corey came to view the property and offer an estimate the same day that we called to inquire about having trees removed from a tricky location which included obstacles like power lines and a steep driveway. He met us right at the time he said he would. He offered a fair estimate and was flexible with scheduling.

The day of the job, the crew came right at the time they said they would (literally 7:30 on the dot) and finished the job in half the time that I thought it would take. They worked together like a well oiled machine and were incredibly efficient and friendly. Toward the end of the job, they asked if I thought anything else needed to be done. Then before leaving, they cleaned the site up and did an excellent job of it.

If you need tree work done and you live in their coverage area, these are your guys. I highly recommend them and if I need tree work done in the future I will be calling Classen’s again.

Classen's took a few trees for us today that were hanging over our roof, and did a great job taking down what was asked of them, at a reasonable price. That being said, they drove over our septic tank which they were specifically told where it was as well as marked off. If they were unable to do the job without driving somewhere they were specifically told not to, they should have worked with us to make a different plan or decline the job. They also cracked/broke about a half dozen rocks in our front walkway, as well as dragging brush through and tearing up a small garden.

After speaking with Corey I feel that he is willing to go the extra mile to make things right if we were to encounter septic system damage, and he takes accountability for his employees mistakes, that's all you can ask for in a business owner. Hopefully it trickles down to his employees as well.
I would recommend Classen's Tree Service, and hope to work with them again in the future. Thank you to Corey for putting us at ease, as well as protecting our new roof from overhanging trees!

Had Cory and team take down six 80-footers today. They are very professional, thorough, and clean-up so you barely know they were there. Highly recommend for tree service.

Classens tree service ground 5 stumps down on our bank. Very quick to respond. Corey came out to look the same day and made short work of our 5 decent sized white pine stumps.
Spread wood chips across the bank myself and it looks awesome.

The crew was very efficient, everyone had a job to do and they were very good at it. Andrew was a master on the crane and the others did not waste any time and when they were done everything was cleaned up. I will advocate Classen’s to anyone.

Terrific crew. Led by Cory and site boss Andrew, all had roles and responsibilities. I can only describe this team as professional, respectful and diligent to do the right thing. In this extremely dangerous profession, all safety precautions were attended to, from PPE to equipment.
Cory kept in touch with scheduling and commitment. Andrew, came on time, informed us of what our expectations would be for the day and job. All of which were executed precisely and all of our expectations. I highly recommend Classens Tree Service. What a wonderful experience.

After the experience I had in my smoke shop today from a individual wearing a sweatshirt from this company i would not recommend this place to anyone! This man was extremely rude and yelling at me in my store I think this company needs to take extreme measures on how their employees act when wearing company uniforms..

As a retired electric utility company manager here in the northeast, I had a very unique opportunity to witness Floyd and his TRUE experts remove a 100' + pine tree partially toppled and endangering a house, following a horrific thunderstorm on Forest Lake in Whitefield in July of 2016. To do this, he pulled his crew off a routine job many miles away to address a potentially life threatening situation.
In, set up, cut, clean up, and out in about 4 hours - incredible, in my mind.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with their concern for safety and their professional and efficient operation. Thank you Floyd for letting me witness this.
