Reviews of local pros in Campton, New Hampshire

Great experience. Classen’s was extremely professional and efficient.

Corey came to view the property and offer an estimate the same day that we called to inquire about having trees removed from a tricky location which included obstacles like power lines and a steep driveway. He met us right at the time he said he would. He offered a fair estimate and was flexible with scheduling.

The day of the job, the crew came right at the time they said they would (literally 7:30 on the dot) and finished the job in half the time that I thought it would take. They worked together like a well oiled machine and were incredibly efficient and friendly. Toward the end of the job, they asked if I thought anything else needed to be done. Then before leaving, they cleaned the site up and did an excellent job of it.

If you need tree work done and you live in their coverage area, these are your guys. I highly recommend them and if I need tree work done in the future I will be calling Classen’s again.

Classen's took a few trees for us today that were hanging over our roof, and did a great job taking down what was asked of them, at a reasonable price. That being said, they drove over our septic tank which they were specifically told where it was as well as marked off. If they were unable to do the job without driving somewhere they were specifically told not to, they should have worked with us to make a different plan or decline the job. They also cracked/broke about a half dozen rocks in our front walkway, as well as dragging brush through and tearing up a small garden.

After speaking with Corey I feel that he is willing to go the extra mile to make things right if we were to encounter septic system damage, and he takes accountability for his employees mistakes, that's all you can ask for in a business owner. Hopefully it trickles down to his employees as well.
I would recommend Classen's Tree Service, and hope to work with them again in the future. Thank you to Corey for putting us at ease, as well as protecting our new roof from overhanging trees!

A pleasure to to do business with. Courteous and professional crew works like a well-oiled machine. Highly recommend this company. Fair pricing.

Great Experience today with Classen’s Tree service. As a former tree professional these guys are top notch! Extremely professional and knowledgeable and they work like a well oiled machine!! I would definitely use them again in the future and so should you.

Had Cory and team take down six 80-footers today. They are very professional, thorough, and clean-up so you barely know they were there. Highly recommend for tree service.

Classens tree service ground 5 stumps down on our bank. Very quick to respond. Corey came out to look the same day and made short work of our 5 decent sized white pine stumps.
Spread wood chips across the bank myself and it looks awesome.
Nice job by Corey and his team!

The crew was very efficient, everyone had a job to do and they were very good at it. Andrew was a master on the crane and the others did not waste any time and when they were done everything was cleaned up. I will advocate Classen’s to anyone.

Terrific crew. Led by Cory and site boss Andrew, all had roles and responsibilities. I can only describe this team as professional, respectful and diligent to do the right thing. In this extremely dangerous profession, all safety precautions were attended to, from PPE to equipment.
Cory kept in touch with scheduling and commitment. Andrew, came on time, informed us of what our expectations would be for the day and job. All of which were executed precisely and all of our expectations. I highly recommend Classens Tree Service. What a wonderful experience.

Excellent service. Fast, efficient and good clean up of debris after. 👍

Floyd and his crew were excellent. Highly rated.

Very informative and super nice. Came and quoted. Very reasonable. I have not used them yet but plan on it.

We had 10 trees cleared and the crew was outstanding! Will definitely use this company again! Highly recommend!

Wow!!!..😊... They met, and exceeded their promise to complete my scheduled work, and are lined up for a future diseased tree removal.
Friendly and professional!!
Wow!! - 2 .. They were able to finish with my tree work, in the middle of Winter!!... Unexpected, and really appreciated... "Top Notch !!!"

After the experience I had in my smoke shop today from a individual wearing a sweatshirt from this company i would not recommend this place to anyone! This man was extremely rude and yelling at me in my store I think this company needs to take extreme measures on how their employees act when wearing company uniforms..

As a retired electric utility company manager here in the northeast, I had a very unique opportunity to witness Floyd and his TRUE experts remove a 100' + pine tree partially toppled and endangering a house, following a horrific thunderstorm on Forest Lake in Whitefield in July of 2016. To do this, he pulled his crew off a routine job many miles away to address a potentially life threatening situation.
In, set up, cut, clean up, and out in about 4 hours - incredible, in my mind.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with their concern for safety and their professional and efficient operation. Thank you Floyd for letting me witness this.

Dick and team did a great job at my Campton property. Did exactly what he said he’d do and price was fair , pleasure to do business with.

Dana and team did a great job installing a new septic at my house. On time within budget and extremely friendly to deal with. Would highly recommend and I will use Decosta again in the future

Dana did a nice job of overseeing a renovation of 2 bathrooms & a kitchen at our getaway home in Campton. He also replaced a number of doors, improved the baseboard heating, reinstalled better lighting, and cleared/ regraded our back yard to give us more lawn. He started on schedule and was able to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time, given the additional work he was asked to do. Thank you for all you did, Dana!

I contacted Decosta Construction to build two care ports, one on each side of the existing garage. The crew and work was exceptional and they completed the project in minimal time with outstanding quality.
I also decided to have them remove some trees and construct a parking area for my camper on the property, again the work was promptly completed and looks great. I have to say I am very satisfied with the entire project and the professional approach from Dana Decosta and his crew. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating a construction project.

Dana has been a pleasure to work with! He is very responsive and does a great job at explaining every step in the process. He treats my property and new build like it is his own with great care and precision. Every time I go see my property (I live 2 hours away), he always makes it a point to stop by and explain the work he has done. I highly recommend Dana and his team for your next project!

Dana Decosta of Decosta Construction and his crew of workers just finished building a stunning, cozy and Energy Star home for my wife and I. This is my third home that I have built and have worked in the building industry for years. Dana Decosta was like no other builder I have encountered. His attention to detail are unsurpassed. Dana and his crew took pride in their work and the craftsmanship reflects in very room, top to bottom, every nook and cranny. Dana amazed me with all of his knowledge about all aspects of the building process. He was exceptional at coming up with budget solutions consistently. I am overwhelmingly satisfied and highly recommend Decosta Construction LLC to anyone seeking out quality work. Five Stars does not seem enough...I give 10!
