Pd $129. for service call understandable. But to pay $10 to unscrew the top part of the stove burner to clean the pilot cap was ridiculous. So total cost was a hundred and sixty dollars. He stated it was the parts and labor. He wasn't even here ten minutes.

Mark was awesome. Friendly and efficient. Even spent an hour with a blow dryer to dry the part that was shipped. Apparently UPS thought it was a good idea to leave it in a puddle during an ice storm. Ugh! Thank you Mark

Tim was great to work with. Friendly, personable, honest. I appreciate that he kept me informed of all of the issues and ensured that we received our parts. The only frustration we had was with the company overseeing the warranty and trying to communicate directly with Sears Appliance Repair. There is no direct number to reach them so all we had was Tim. Which I was happy to have him as our advocate.
