Carrier Electric did a fantastic job wiring up our new cabin. Steve and Tyler were very accommodating with our changing ideas, on schedule, and paid attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality electrician.

Called Carrier to have a whole home standby generator put in. Steve came onsite quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote including trenching. It was much more reasonably priced than a very expensive quote I got from a larger contracting company.

Steve's team made extremely quick work of the job, including trenching to the house. I was super impressed with the quality and speed of the job. They basically knocked it out in 1-2 days, aside from the gas line.

They needed to bring in a subcontractor for the connection between the generator and propane tank, and that unfortunately delayed the project about 2½ weeks. I understand that that is largely out of Carrier's control, though.

My only constructive feedback is I would have appreciated proactive communications from Carrier after each visit from the subcontractor to let me know what the status was. Several days would go by after each visit from the sub and I had to send a followup to ask the status. It's a small thing but it's much appreciated when the contractor is on top of that, especially with New England weather and not knowing if a storm will roll in and knock out power for our house, so I was antsy to get the generator up and running. Steve was very quick to respond to my followups though, which was great.

Both Steve and the sub came out and finished up the job in the middle of our first major snowstorm, and there was some faulty regulators they had to deal with, but they persevered through the storm. So big kudos for that final effort! Very happy with the result, and I really appreciate them squeezing me in before the winter, as I made the inquiry in late October.

BTW the pics show a wooden shelter for the generator. That was not done by Carrier.

I hired O'Keefe and Flanagan Electric to put a sub panel in my workshop. Andrew and Paul showed up on time, they were very polite and knowledgeable. I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding a recent transaction at your establishment. My employee attempted to make a business purchase but was refused service because our company's business card did not bear his individual name. This necessitated an immediate funds transfer to his personal account to complete the purchase, causing considerable inconvenience and an unprofessional experience. We hope this issue can be addressed to prevent future occurrences.
