Called about getting my vacuum cleaner recondition and the filters replaced they advised me that would be better handled by another business. Absolutely courteous and experienced and they sent me to the right direction instead of trying to hustle me. 5 stars!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in with my mother in law, after she spent $1,300 on a vaccum she had multiple issues after owning it for 2 months. The repair/salesman treated her and I like we were stupid and couldn't be bothered. He is nice when he wants your money after that he could care less. I can't speak on the sewing side of the business. It's too bad they get affected by this. Don't t spend your money on a vaccum here, the guy doesn't deserve your mony.

Excellent service. My 25 year old Electrolux was completely reconditioned for half the price of a new machine and only took 2 days to complete. It runs like new! I was prepared to purchase a new machine, and instead the owner encouraged me to repair my old one. His honesty was refreshing!

I received excellent and service from Paradise. The anticipated repairs and pricing were reviewed so I could make the decision to fix my 25 year old Electrolux. The repairs were done in a timely manner. My vacuum cleaner run like a new machine. I am amazed at the difference. I am so glad Paradise Sew and Vac was able to repair my machine. I really did not want to invest in a new vacuum machine. Paradise renewed my machine to almost new! Thanks for the fine service.
