My wife and I purchased a house that recently had work completed on the screened in porch roof. Upon moving in in the middle of summer, with continuous rain storms, the roof started showing signs leaks. Each storm there was multiple areas leaking. I got the contract from the previous owners and reached out to this company explaining the issues. The owner, whom I assumed answered the call, said he remembers the house and will come by to check it. After getting no call back or notice I called again, in which I was told he came by and saw no issues. I had security cameras installed upon moving in and it did not alert or show anyone had come onto my property. Called for a third time when it rained again and said the issues persisted and was told they'll come again. After another call, I was told they did a water test and the issue was supposedly coming from the siding. Yet again, my cameras showed no alerts. After having another contractor come by to give an estimate, I was told the job was done completely wrong. The water and ice shield around the skylight windows were wrapped inside allowing water to come in. As well as the incorrect silicone was used to seal the nails. I bought flex seal and covered the nails which stopped some of the leaks instantly the next storm. After informing this company what I was told, there was no response. Now I have to pay for a real contractor to complete the job correctly.
