One CCS and one NACS charger available in a shared station. It is in the parking lot of a small cafe.

The Chargepoint app initially showed both "in use" even though no other cars were charging. I had no trouble charging my Volvo XC40 Recharge with the CCS charger.

This is the only public CCS charger around, so it is very nice to have in our rural area! It seems to charge by minute, not by kilowatt, so keep that in mind.

Random stop-in after all the Tesla Branded chargers weren't working 10miles north... Glad I did! Peaceful. & The cafe nextdoor is rad.

I’m really happy I got Porter in to do our solar with battery storage project. In rural Maine plenty of power outages and we did not want a propane generator for backup. We found Chris thru Energy Sage which got us I think six companies quoting the job. I also contacted two other companies. I did a lot of research found out what type and functions we wanted and went with Enphase solar FranklinWH storage and a Span smart panel. We got it down to two companies and found Porter provided what we wanted at the best price. Porter came in when they said they would and installed what they quoted. Two licensed electrician with two apprentices for two days. It came out great. Clean installation printed labels symmetrical looking layouts. With some of the issues presented to Chris one of his answers was well this is how its going to get done because its the right way to do it. I noticed he changed out some of my breakers the house was wired with some circuits sharing the neutral bringing it up to code which it should have been when house was built. Chris Porter and his team at Porter Electric were excellent to work with. They worked with us to optimize a 10.2 kW system with 2 Enphase batteries for backup electricity. Outlaying a substantial initial investment, finding the right installer who is knowledgeable, and trusting the project would not run into unknown issues was a large concern for our family. From initial contact through the design and build process, Porter Electric exceeded our expectations. Communication was constant, thorough, and helped allay the concerns we may have had. Their work was efficient, and their crew was exceptionally clean with their work. They answered all of our questions and helped us understand everything about our system. After installation, we experienced a delay in meter installation through our electric supplier. However, Tara and the team of professionals at Porter Electric remained in contact with our electric supplier to keep our project moving forward. We are not only generating the power we use every day, but we are also returning to the grid the extra 30% we have been producing. We highly recommend Porter Electric for your solar and electrical needs.

I can't give enough positive feedback from my experience working with Chris Porter / Porter Electrical Contracting. I had been debating a solar array for a few years and contacted every dedicated solar company in NH and a couple outside the area to learn what I didn't know and educate myself on the process. Some were very "sales-y" others were pretty matter-of-fact, but I still got the "sales" vibe from most of them. When I called Porter, I had a very frank conversation with Chris about what I was hoping to accomplish and he was more than willing to take on the task. We ended up going with a HUGE 108 panel array and again I can't say more about how well the install went, and how satisfied I am with the outcome. Don't hesitate to contact, they are very down to earth and easy to work with!

Porter Electric was great to work with. I would use them again and have referred them to a friend. They communicated well, answered all our questions and handled all the paperwork and permitting. We have a historic house so worried about how the panels would look and they did a great job. They also had the best price per KWh.

We've had quite a bit of work on our house in the past year and have had half a dozen contractors working on various projects. By far, Porter Electric was the easiest contractor to deal with and also the contractor that we had the most confidence in. The communication was great from the initial quote to the final approvals. The workmanship is top notch and we have had zero issues with the system. We are so happy with the results that we have reached out to them for another project.

Our solar system install was just completed and the crew did an amazing job. Both with the quality of work and the site clean up. Also, I asked many questions as the install was underway and they were all received and responded to in a timely and useful manner. Could not have asked for a more professional crew. This install was done in Chichester NH and I would highly recommend Porter Electric for any of your solar and electrical needs. Schedules were kept and completion was done on time as promised. The office staff at Porter was also very helpful and guided us thru the process from start to finish.

Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever had to give. Ron’s work is excellent, and I will call him for any future electrical needs. We had a semi challenging (in my opinion install) requiring him to install old work boxes in 1930’s plaster walls. Not only was he able to accommodate all my needs, and place the boxes where I wanted him, but was careful to cut the plaster walls without cracking them, but also a patched any access points needed to wire the outlets, and vacuumed up any mess that was made. Really great job, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work done in their homes.

Ron and team were great to work with; I highly recommend using Get Wired! They grounded my pool, added a filter timer to my panel and set up the outlet for my pool heater in one day! Ron is friendly, very responsive, and customer centric. I couldn’t believe everything they accomplished in one day, even with having to dig the trenches first.
