We purchased a home last summer with little back yard privacy. Although the property line goes about 20 ft off the deck, there was only 5 ft of elevated grade, which sloped off 5 ft to the neighbors grade. I contacted Shawn in the spring to discuss gaining usable space by adding a retaining wall, extending the yard, and adding privacy. I reached out to Shawn because his company does the property maintenance for the HOA development I live in. My impression was that he did great work in all seasons. When Shawn came to review the project and estimate, he was very friendly. What stood out most was that he listened to me, and understood what it was that I really wanted. He took that information and reviewed the project. He then shared his vision with me and asked for my opinion. This is what I liked best about Shawn throughout the project. He always asked me what I thought, and was always accommodating of my opinion. Once we came up with a collaborative game plan, he gave me his estimate and expected job start date. I thought that was pretty cool to have all that information on our initial visit. I called around to some family and friends, and all agreed that the price and work that Shawn agreed to do was more than fair. As far as the actual project went. Shawn and his team were all friendly and professional. Shawn himself was the lead on the entire project and was a true professional. He was clearly very experienced, took a lot of pride in his work, and aimed to please throughout. Shawn consistently asked for my opinion and feedback and was willing to make changes when requested. Something else that stood out to me was that throughout the project, he looked for ways to make it even better where he could. Ultimately the project ended with our expectations and minds blown away. I was left speechless and didn't know how to thank Shawn enough. The final result was so much more than we anticipated. We ended up with the backyard of our dreams and the envy of all our neighbors. At one point a neighbor even asked for Shawn's company card because they were so impressed. I would like to highly recommend this company to anyone. I moved into a new house in the beginning of November. The yard needed clean up and the front landing had no cover against the weather and the steps were loose. The guys came out to give me a quote, and with the incredible job they did on the lawn, having them do the landing was a no brainier. Within 4 days, I accepted the quote and the landing, with a roof, was done. I've already started planning projects for 2024 and won't hesitate to call them again!

Fantastic work from Shawn and Zach! I'm selling my house soon and wanted to do some landscaping cleanup, mulching and several other things to get it ready for pictures. Shawn and Zach were out yesterday and worked extremely hard getting everything set up. They went above and beyond with the cleanup and added a stone walkway with steppers, added in plants and flowers with significant mulching. They did and amazing job, thanks Blue Sky Landscaping!

I live in a condominium complex and do not have any choice as to who does our landscaping. They came around to trim shrubs and skipped the lilac in my yard. I asked management to have them come back and in typical fashion got no response. I trimmed it myself and told management I had. Blue Sky came and absolutely decimated what had been a beautiful lilac, cutting the middle out of it and cutting full branches down. It looks horrible now. Don’t hire them if you have the opportunity.

I recently moved to Deerfield and hired Blue Sky Landscaping to transform an overgrown area of my backyard. Sean went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding. My yard looks incredible, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Sean and his team exceeded our expectations. Our property had multiple bark mulch beds that had been neglected for a few years and were overgrown with weeds and roots. They showed up on time on day one and the entire team was friendly and eager to please us on what we wanted to be done. They not only removed all the weeds and roots, but also edged each area and removed all the weeds from our brick walk way. They came on the following day (right on the time they said they would) and spread 17 yards of bark mulch to finalize the job and make our property look fantastic. Sean and his team did a great job at a very reasonable price and we will be using them again. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have landscape done.

We just purchased a new house in Concord and a few days later Mr. Cole showed up to inform me that the city was requiring the builder to tear up the driveway because it was not to code (the builder did not get final approval and the slope was wrong according to the city). He did not have to stop by and let me know but he did. He showed up at the time he had indicated and tore up the driveway and regraded it for paving the next day. The paver did not show up the next day, or the next 4 days. I called Mr. Cole after a couple of days and let him know. Paving is not what his business does, but because he was part of the process, he went above and beyond to get the paver out there to pave the driveway. He didn't have to do that but that's the type of person he is. If you have any excavating work to be done or landscaping in New Hampshire I would put Mr. Coles business at the top of the list. He always responded to my texts or calls and kept me informed of everything going on. I highly recommend him !!!!

Several years ago, Kevin knocked on my door to ask if I needed snow removal services that upcoming winter. I gave him the opportunity to do that and I was delighted with the service he provided. After a few seasons, I asked him if he could help with paving some of my parking lot. He did a fantastic job with that, too. And most recently, Kevin replaced my failed septic tank. I was incredibly impressed how that turned out. He has always been fair, honest and diligent in each of the transactions he's participated in with me. Because of his past performance and business approach, I intend to use him for future jobs as well.

We started working with Kevin last year. Hired him for stump removal, clean up and a paved front walkway for our house. He responds quickly and is very professional. We asked him back this year for escavation work and help leveling our land for a pool. He did a great job, again. We recommended him to our neighbors. Any future jobs we have will go to him. Hired Kevin last year to rework my driveway, do some excavation work and stump removal in my back yard and I couldn't be happier. Driveways held up well and did a great job with building a retaining wall.

I'm the neighbor mentioned by the guy below who gave a 1 star review. Kevin's been so good to this guy (gave him free firewood and cleaned up my neighbor's mess that he left on my lot last summer); I think it's really unfair that he'd trash Kevin's reputation like this. Kevin cleared our lot over the winter, and will be going back to do site work for new construction within a couple weeks. I'm hoping the neighbor will re-consider his unfair assessment. Kevin has also done other work for us at other properties. He does an amazing job and I highly recommend you choose him for your project!

I needed a whole new septic system. Kevin was the first one to come out and got right back to me with a quote, at a price that was not completely ruinous. He and his team did a great job, using high quality materials and stayed in communication through the whole process. Would definitely use them again.
