Fast, affordable, quality service.

Very professional and does nice work. Very pleased with the work that was done.

They came called head of time and arrived on time and fixed my faucet in the utility room that was leaking, cleaned up all the mess, then went outside and installed a new faucet outside.they asked if there was anything else I would need their services..I would recommend them if anyone needs plumbing done..

Called in to see if I could schedule a quote, but was told that they only do commercial work. Not sure when they switched, since some of the recent reviews imply that the work was residential.

An absolute perfect heating system installation in less than a day! I can not say enough great things about Chad and his expert team of installers. A great team effort and everyone working together. After my main sewage pipe was cracked and leaking from the old copper, Mike from Precision was quick to find the leak and replace it with a more modern, PVC solution. Now its fixed forever and im very pleased.

I called Mike at Precision Plumbing and what did I get? Total honesty. He listened to my issue and told me it's not a plumbing issue but a granite issue. He could have come out charge me a service call and then gave me that answer but no, total honesty! He forwarded me onto a Atlas Granite in Derry where Sean was awesome... I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Mike for your honesty and support.

Our rainhead shower snapped off the pipe. We didn’t see a leak, but overnight, IT LEAKED into our first floor. I called the office first thing and they gave us a window period of 4hrs which was perfectly fine as my husband shut off the main water valve. The 2 crew members came within an hour of us calling. They fixed the broken pipe and unbeknownst to me they told my husband that our shower head was too heavy for our pipe. The guys were very professional and the service was VERY reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again. Prompt! Great service! THANK YOU!

Yesterday, Harrison W at Paul the plumber Came to give us a couple of quotes and see what we needed. He ended up replacing a very corroded shut off valve that we needed. He was great and very professional and courteous. I would recommend Paul The Plumber any day.. Thank you all so much

Being a club member of Paul the Plumber ensures same day service. What is truly amazing is the quality of the service. No games they stand behind their work. I was fortunate to have two young plumbers come today in the freezing weather for a frozen drain. They crawled in under my home and never gave up until they had found and repaired the problem. Courteous, good natured and hard working an unbeatable combination. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Exceptional service.

I am not one to write bad reviews but, the more I processed things it just seems like I have to write something. A few months ago I had an issue with my mini split system. I had Paul the Plumber come out and check things out. They ended up telling me they thought it was the line sets but, would need to do a leak test on all my head units as well to confirm. I have 6 head units. So I scheduled to get the leak test done, they charged me almost $900 for this and after came back telling me that almost all my head units were leaking as well. So, I was left applaud that a system, not even 4 years old was this bad. The brand is LG. Also the units would all be under warranty for repair if it was the case. After they told me this , they told me they would sent a project manager over to my house with options and he basically told me that LG was not good and they don't work on this brand. He also gave me 3 options to replace line sets, replace one compressor 2 heads and lines or the whole system. Price ranging from I believe 18k to almost 40k and was recommended to basically change the entire system so that this would never happen again. My stomach dropped and I didn't know what to think at the time. This was a not even 4 year old.system and I've heard nothing but good things on LG. I told them I would have to think on this and get back to them. After calming down a bit I decided to reach out to the distributor to whom I bought all the equipment off of. They have been selling LG for a long time and haven't had any issues. The sales person told me he agreed that the line sets could be bad because the distributor PDM had a bad batch of copper lines the year I purchased them. He recommended I reach out to a different company, LG certified and also perform a leak test. I was afraid to ask because I didn't want to pay another $900 for this but, I reached out. They told me it would cost $170 for the leak test to my surprise. A muchore reasonable price. They also told me after they performed the test that no head unit was leaking but, agreed with the line sets. So needless to say I had the other company come out and do the work at a much more reasonable price, warranty to back it and everything working fine again.

I scheduled a quote and repair back in Sept/Oct 2025, apologies to Mike as I’m late in getting this review out for his professional services when it came to fixing our kitchen sink. He came to our house and gave a competitive quote, was very friendly, and gave us some great advice. When it came to making the scheduled repair, he came back over and walked me through what he was doing, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He was clearly an experienced pro and even went above and beyond by teaching me some great tips. Hard to find that level of business professionalism, experience level, and customer service these days. It’s been a few months since the rebuild and we’ve had zero leaks/no issues. I couldn’t recommend this company more, they were also very friendly over the phone when scheduling. I look forward to working with them again in the future for our issues. Thanks again to Mike V!!

Alex at Paul the Plumber was truly amazing! He came day of for a water emergency we had and was totally calm when we were in high stress. He worked very fast and efficiently and we couldn’t be more thankful for him. We are very happy we called Paul the Plumber and will continue to do so for all our future needs! I was having intermittent problems with my tub draining, like after every shower. I snaked it and it cleared the first time. Then it clogged again. Plunged it the next time, cleared. The third time it clogged I called Daigle and they sent someone out the next day. The other company I called said it would be a week. In the meantime, the drain cleared. I called Daigle back to let them know. I told them I had never heard of a drain freezing before, but was it possible? The nice lady suggested the the plumber still come out, assess the situation and we would discuss charges later.
So the next day came and he showed up very promptly. He did indeed assess the problem and it was in fact an issue of my drain freezing! We discussed what needed to be done and then this incredibly nice gentleman was on his way. I can't thank him or Daigle enough for helping me and putting my mind at ease so quickly, professionaly, and with a smile. Thank you, Daigle!

Excellent service, great people to work with. Had a combo boiler that was 21 years old that needed updating. Replaced the whole system.

They arrived timely and spent the day replacing my hot water heater. Very thorough, professional, and showed care for the house, which was very much appreciated. I will use them for all future plumbing needs. Very satisfied.
