Dispatcher gathered information and provided timely technician appointment. Upon arrival tech asked comprehensive questions and performed a detailed diagnosis. Our stove developed a strong gas smell. Using both gas and electrical tests the tech advised the igniter was failing. The quote was specific and reasonably priced. Great work.

My daughter's dryer stopped working properly 2 weeks ago just before our visit to her. It showed a Code eE1, would shut off almost immediately after starting, and there was no heat being generated. I found a local LG repairman, Dmytro P. from MrCheck, online. They scheduled the same afternoon i called, and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window. A thorough cleaning was done, and parts were ordered for a separate visit because the code stayed. The second visit was trial and error (with no additional charges) because the parts didn't help, unfortunately. Dymetro was cheerfully positive even after taking the dryer all apart for a second try (the bathroom that the washer and dryer were in is VERY compact so the poor man HAD to put it back togeter for us to move around), saying that the last part to try was the motherboard which he felt confident would fix it, and he was correct.This process of trial and error kept the potential cost down for us as we only paid the $99 service call up front so that on the last visit that amount was deducted from the total price. The motherboard was the more expensive component but certainly cheaper than a new dryer! Communication was Great via texts. We were asked if we wanted to proceed with repair after estimate was given. Very satisfied. Going to do our laundry now! 👍
