Mike and I have used Legendary Plumbing at least a few times now. The most recent adventure that we experienced requiring their service was a hot water heater that decided it had reached its end.
Jake and Brandon arrived with an initial thought of replacing our hot water heater with the same style that we had previously, but it ended up not being quite as straightforward due to certain circumstances of our older home. As a result, we needed to reevaluate our options. Brandon and Jake were SUPER professional and SUPER patient while we thought through our choices and made our decision. On top of that, once we made our decision to have an on demand system installed, Eric joined them and they bent over backwards to make sure they could get it done for us same day. They were so very efficient and when they left it was all cleaned up and looks so sleek and nice.
We are beyond satisfied with their service! We will use them again in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing their services!

I can’t say enough great things about Legendary Plumbing & Heating— Jake, Brandon and Eric. Their professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness are unmatched. Every time we’ve needed help, they’ve shown up quickly, diagnosed the issue with confidence, and followed through on everything they said they were going to do—and then some.
What really sets them apart, though, is how kind and comforting they are during stressful situations. Whether it was a basement flood or a hot water heater failure, Jake and Brandon not only fixed the problem, but they made us feel supported and at ease throughout the process. That kind of compassion is rare and so appreciated.
Their level of knowledge and skill is incredibly impressive, and they’ve become our go-to team for plumbing and heating. We are grateful for their hard work, integrity, and dedication. If you need someone you can trust completely, Legendary is the one to call.
