Doug, Alex and Devin did a fantastic job on our sump pump and lally column project in NH. They worked hard, were thorough, kept in regular communication throughout, showed up every day ready to work, and most of all were willing to stand by the quality of their work and take our feedback as homeowners. Very much appreciate the professionalism. Would hire them again.

These guys were awesome from day 1! Mike was very knowledgeable and just a nice guy who made us feel at ease about waterproofing the basement!

My husband made an appointment for Groundworks to come give us a quote on fixing a small foundation crack. When the technician learned my husband wasn’t here, his response was “oh, should I come back when he’s here?”I responded with no, we knew he wouldn’t be, but I am also an owner of the house and he could run any findings and pricing by me. He then asked “are you sure? I think I should come another time to be able to explain it to him.” I told him to explain it to me and if my husband or I had any follow up questions we could call him… but excuse me? I’m sorry you may think otherwise, but my tiny female head, can, in fact, comprehend ways of fixing a crack in a wall.

He then proceeded to tell me the only way to fix this was crack was to essentially put pillars under it in 5 places that went down to stone. For $13,000+ (photos of crack included).

We then got 4 different quotes from other companies, both big and small, and they all agreed that Groundwork’s was off their rocker.

Not Very good experience here. Would work two days take two days off work for two days. Take three days off. It was rather ridiculous that they couldn’t stay here steadily and get the job. Evidently they are done. I haven’t seen them no pictures of what they did and to top it off. I just spent $13,000 on my driveway and walkway and they spilled hydraulic fluid all over it. I’ve called I’ve complained I haven’t seen anything. Discussed about that. I’m told by professionals that painting it won’t cover hydraulic fluid so I’m not a very happy camper although I like Tim my salesman but the communication there again has not been very solid since they started the job. How they possibly have the ratings they have. I posted some of the pictures. This is a brand, new Driveway and walkway.
So I have upgraded my review due to the fact that we all make mistakes and have issues but this company really stepped it up once they got the right people involved they made it right and I’m very happy with what they did to make it right . this new team they sent over researched what should be done to fix my problem refocused on this new goal and completed it I would use them again, just for the simple fact that they backed up their work and fixed errors that they made. Way to go!!

Just finished a visit with Foreman Doug and his crew, Devin, Sean, and Mason. Waterproofing the basement and super sound and solid work! Doug was professional and very good at keeping me in the loop with the project over the 3 day visit, and created a solid system that we are confident will keep water out of the basement forever. Above and beyond as well with problem solving when having to find solutions to fit our basement layout, all with a solid financing option/great price and 5 year warranty/ yearly inspection plan. If you are stuck with water in your basement, get Groundworks working for you ASAP!

Had an issue with a boiler I installed a few months ago, faulty part from the manufacturer. When I called granite group I spoke to Cody. He helped me get the parts I needed and helped me get my customer up and running! I have used Jason for multiple projects now. He was able to arrange his schedule to make quick stops by to accommodate other contractors immediate needs. Jason and his team were exceptional and easy to deal with. I hired Bohan Electric to install outdoor speakers, outdoor tv, and wire my shed with electricity. Jason provided great recommendations and would hire him again if I need anything done. I highly recommend them for your electric needs.

Bohan Electric LLC was amazing!! came out same day for the quote, and was 1,400 under other quotes I had gotten. he installed all the electrical for a hot tub, including an upgraded breaker panel, and running the lines underground to the hot tub. worked hard and stayed the day until it was done. even helped me out with getting the proper permits. God job guys!!!!

Jason did a fantastic job at our home. We were having a min split put in and we thought we should just upgrade our service and install a new breaker box. He came by the house to take a look at what we had, inside and out and he explained everything that we needed to have done. He coordinated with Eversource and explained everything they needed to do. On the day of the work he and his co-worker arrived on time and worked with Eversource on the new meter and even found out that the service we initially had was a lot less than we initially thought it was. After everything was done he explained everything that they did and even went through all the breakers to make sure everything was working. We even talked about some other electrical work we might want to have done in the future. All in all Bohan Electric is a great company and Jason knows his stuff we will definitely work with him again!

Bohan Electric is by far the best electrical service we have ever had! Jason installed our new 200 Amp circuit system and wired our Tesla charger a couple years ago. We recently had him back to update all the wiring in our entire basement system and update the wiring in our kitchen too. He even helped us with a claim for water damage in one room. His prices are very reasonable! He and his staff are prompt, friendly and easy to work with. We feel so much safer having all our electric system updated. You will be very pleased if you go with Bohan!

Kevin arrived on time to solve a leak issue from the upstairs bathroom. He was kind and courteous throughout the whole process. Explained all options and let me choose how I wanted to proceed. Highly recommend CPH!!

We had our main septic line backed up, with black water spilling out of our basement toilet. We called them and they came out asap, and had it fixed very quickly. Highly recommend their work!
