Proposal called for tree to be limbed to 4' lengths; however, several left on our lawn (and on our neighbor's lawn!) were 6'. Sadly, we are not a referable client

These guys work hard. Had three trees removed and two others pruned and one stump ground up. They are professional and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again for more tree work.

Ghosted. Set up a time for a quote. They showed up and gave me a written quote. I called to say we wanted to move forward. They said they lost my quote and to text it to them. I sent it over and followed up with (unanswered ) phone calls and text and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time during work hours.

Top notch company. Bob was out the next day after I called for an estimate and kept me updated via text on scheduling. When the crew came out they professionally cleared and cleaned up 30+ trees. Will always highly recommend.

Our experience with Royal Green Tree Service was, without a doubt, the finest that one could have! These four individuals with a crane, a bucket truck and a chipper took down and removed a white pine tree that was over 100 feet tall and had a trunk that was almost four feet in diameter at the base in only 6 hours! When they were through, there was not a branch or limb to be found.
Watching them work with the crane and bucket truck was like watching a well-choreographed procedure as they methodically supported, cut and removed branches. maneuvering them between wires, and other trees, to the street, to be chipped or stacked. A highly professional and outstanding operation!

I have seen the work that the men at Royal Green Tree Service have done on several tree removal jobs. It is clear to me that they are true professionals. They will do whatever they can for their customers to make sure they are fully satisfied. We could not have been happier with the entire tree removal process from Royal Green Tree Service. Bob, the Arborist, came out to evaluate the situation. We had 2 trees, which were eyesores, we definitely wanted removed. Plus we were worried about 6 other trees that, although healthy, might damage the house should they come down in a storm. Bob calculated that, of those 6, only 3 posed any real threat to inflict property damage. Those 3 could be removed for peace of mind if we so chose.

We were quite pleased and relieved to see that Bob, and Royal Green, were not looking to remove trees unnecessarily.

Prior to the day of tree removal Bruce, the owner, came by to scope out the situation. This was reassuring as his purpose seemed to be to understand how they were going to set up the job site before bringing in heavy equipment. He wanted to ensure the least amount of disruption and take the necessary precautions regarding the driveway, where the crane would be located, so that no damage would occur.

On tree removal day the crew arrived on time and went about setting up the crane and situating the other equipment. Since our trees were not accessible by bucket truck one crew member took the role of tree climber. This was interesting in that the crane was able to hoist the tree climber, who was using a special chair/harness, into position to attach the lifting attachment and then lower the climber into position to cut the tree.

Some of the trees they took out in sections and some in one piece. It was a sight to behold as each crew member knew exactly what to do and when. Very efficient.

All the brush and smaller trees/branches were chipped into a truck. The larger logs were loaded onto the log truck. A thorough cleanup was performed. And after they disassembled the crane and packed up and went off to the next job we looked around and were amazed that you really couldn’t even tell that a large tree removal operation had just taken place.

As far as the price of this tree service was concerned we felt that the estimate Bob gave us was fair and reasonable and then after seeing all that the job entailed we felt like we got a bargain.

An extremely professional outfit. I had a large and challenging sugar maple to remove due to accessibility. The crew arrived ahead of time and analyzed several options before coming up with a plan that minimized peripheral impact. It was amazing to watch. The crew displayed command over their skills and operated in concert with each other with confidence and efficiency. They safely removed the tree in 3 hours. Upon leaving, you would hardly know they, or the tree were there. They far exceeded my expectations and I can say, I have never seen anything like it before. I would highly recommend Royal Green Tree Service to anyone and will use them again if need be without hesitation.

One of the pine trees on our property was brought down by a strong gust of wind during a nor'easter, and ended up causing some damage to the exterior of our house. In order to prevent this from happening again, we contacted Royal Green Tree Service in order to have them remove half a dozen hazardous trees that were still rooted nearby. They responded promptly, sending a crew out to our location, which included the owner of the company, Bruce Pacy. They worked quickly, and efficiently, making sure not to tarnish our lawn, all the while answering any questions that we had. Once they had finished removing the trees, they took the time to clean up thoroughly, clearing all of the sawdust off of our lawn, and making sure everything was back in its proper place. Altogether, it was an excellent experience. We have worked with Bruce, and Royal Green Tree Service several times since, and would heartily recommend him for all of your tree care needs.

Great company and very easy to work. Bob came out to give us an estimate and did that on the spot. Very informative and helpful through the process. On removal day Bruce and team arrived on time with the complete arsenal as promised and was able to compete the large job in 8 hours. I called Royal Green Tree Service and Bob came out right away to give an estimate. I thought the price was very reasonable, it was lower than another one I had received. I felt comfortable with the professionalism of the company and hired them for the job. I had several trees removed and some branches trimmed. When I arrived home from work the job was done exactly as I had asked. I am extremely pleased and will hire them again when necessary and will recommend them to everyone!
