I can't say enough good things about this company and Taylor. He visited twice. Once to attempt to repair a 10 year old washer, which wasn't worth the expense and secondly to rearrange the left/right orientation of the new washer and dryer. It included lengthening the exhaust run and installation of a new, longer power cord. He is friendly, quick, efficient and does an excellent job. I highly recommend Another Cycle Appliance Repair.

Bosch dishwasher would not turn on and Googled appliance repair and called Another Cycle Appliance Repair. Their office manager was very pleasant and worked to get the repair done same day. Taylor was pleasant and professional. diagnosed the problem and repaired our machine for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Taylor and his company for your appliance needs. As a side note his cost to make the trip and diagnosed the machine was considerably cheaper than his competitors.

We had a great experience with Another Cycle Appliance Repair. We called to have our washing machine repaired and they were available to come out in one day. Taylor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair needs.

What a find!!! The repair service I used for decades is no longer available, and I found this company by reading reviews. They will be my go to from now on. They had my washer up in running within hours of me placing my call for service. Taylor was incredible!!! He put up with our hovering and my dog demanding his attention. Price was very reasonable and he was very clean. And, it is a family owned business to boot!!! I have complete faith and trust in this company, after just one meeting!!!!

Taylor arrived on time and diagnosed my appliance problem almost immediately. He showed me the problem part and explained what happened and told me what was needed to fix it and what the cost would be. After fixing it, he inspected the rest of the appliance for any problems and gave it a clean bill of health. He was very professional and a great communicator. I highly recommend him!

Great experience today with Another Cycle Appliance. I was lucky enough to get an appointment within a few hours to service my dryer that suddenly stopped spinning. Excellent communication through text letting me know when Taylor was on his way. I was afraid I was going to have an expensive repair but Taylor was able to find the issue and fix it at a reasonable cost. Also went the extra mile to offer to switch around the dryer door despite the original installer telling me it couldn’t be done. Great experience and I will definitely call them again for any future appliance issues!

Taylor from Another Cycle was great to work with when we had an issue with our dryer. It was super easy to request service online and Adriana texted me first thing the next morning to set up a time slot. They sent text messages keeping us up to date on when Taylor would be arriving. Taylor showed up on the earlier side of the time slot which was great, and was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Our dryer stopped working so we immediately started looking for a local company to do business with since we didn’t have an appliance repair person. The weekend was coming and we had an immediate need to have it repaired so we called Another Cycle Repair and was impressed with the courteousness and professionalism in other words excellent customer! Taylor was very knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired the dryer within the hour and we have found our permanent appliance repair company!

This service company was great, they knew exactly what to ask, what information I needed to contact waranty department at LG, they told me that they would order the parts that day. It was early on a Friday morning, and said they'd be there to fix my refrigerator on Wednesday. They called me on Monday and said they could come that afternoon. The were very clean and professional and told me it would take 2 hours to fix. And it did.. again they were great!!

James came on time and fixed my LG fridge. Spent quite a bit of time ensuring the coils where clean internally. Cold and working well.

I had the most amazing experience with James last week. He ordered the part I needed promptly and was at my home to repair my refrigerator within hours of the part being delivered. Extremely unprofessional. Lied to me. LG said I did not need any proof of receipt. The owner told me I had to give him proof because he pays for the part. He never told me it wasn't ordered, he ignored me when I told him I was trying to get the receipt from home Depot even though that was HIS requirement, NOT LG's and because it was an online order he refused to except screen print and actually rejected the job the day I spoke to him and never told me so I wasted three days thinking he was coming. I would stay far far away from this guy.

I called them for a refrigerator problem and James said he had the part in stock and could come the same afternoon. He came on time, was very neat, professional and knowledgeable. He took care to cover the floor so not to damage it and cleaned up when finished - he is every bit what you would hope for and expect for an appliance repair person. My refrigerator is working beautifully thanks to him! Highly recommend!

James is an absolute professional. When our LG fridge died I call him up, he ordered the parts and was at our house a few days later. He is knowledgeable about the issue with LG compressors, polite, neat and extremely professional. I would not hesitate using him again.

James and his assistant (which I presume was his wife) came in to perform warranty work on my LG fridge, about 24 hrs after we realized it had stopped working. He arrived precisely at 9:00 am as he had promised and was done 1/2 hrs earlier than his estimated time of 3 hrs! He was extremely professional, very polite and very respectful of our home. He cleaned up after himself and we were very pleased by the outcome. Would highly recommend him to anyone that needed their LG appliances repaired. What started off as a very bad situation ended with a very satisfying experience.

James from 99 Appliance Service was extremely professional and punctual, arriving exactly at the scheduled time. He came to our home to replace the compressor on our 10-year-old LG refrigerator. He handled the job with great care, thoroughly cleaning the pipes and ensuring everything was done properly. It took him about one to replace compressor and other parts, but he spent almost two hours cleaning the contaminated pipes. Without the deep cleaning, your refrigerator may not work like new. I highly recommend 99 Appliance Service to anyone needing any refrigerator or freezer repairs in the southern New Hampshire area.
