Last Fall, Crossroads finished our basement, over 1800 sq feet, which was the culmination of a year’s worth of preparation, design and construction. Overall, they did an amazing job through every phase of this project, and we are very pleased and excited about our new finished basement space! Their attention to detail and willingness to share their ideas with us during the design and construction phases really made an enormous impact. The on site carpenters, Wayne and Kim routinely walked us through not only the work that they were doing, but also what other plumbing, electrical or HVAC work was also planned on any given day.. In addition, we really liked their mobile app as it allowed frequent and easy communications when we had any questions. The app also gave us terrific transparency into the working schedule, so that we knew who would be at our house and what they would be doing at any time. We highly recommend Crossroads for their quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and ease of communications throughout a project.

The crew’s talent was evident in the remarkable “facelift” our home received. Even when last-minute changes were necessary, their flexibility and responsiveness shone through. Their exceptional follow-up made us feel like a top priority, taking the stress of coordinating multiple trades—painters, hardwood installers, and window technicians—completely off our shoulders. We know we are missing many names but we thank you all!

A few months after the project had finished, we encountered a minor plumbing issue. Their follow-up and guarantee were as impeccable as their work; they prioritized the matter and fixed the issue immediately.

While we initially found the cost of construction daunting and my wife was concerned about the duration of the entire process, we have come to appreciate both the procedure and the value that Crossroads Contracting provided.
Living in a home undergoing construction or renovation is seldom without discomfort, but every individual from Crossroads and its subcontractors demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, and respect for our property and privacy. Crossroads made every effort to mitigate the dust and inconvenience.
Josh and Tim devised an elegant and practical design solution based on our input, meeting our requirements effectively. Tim's visualizations were instrumental in communicating the proposal clearly, which greatly facilitated our commitment to the project.
Shaun and Sam ensured continuous progress at each stage of the work, minimizing downtime between various subcontractors, even amidst five holidays throughout the project's span. They consistently kept us informed about every phase and the status of the subcontractors' involvement.

We used Crossroads contracting to remodel 2 bedrooms over our 3 car garage into a master suite. One bedroom was converted to the master bathroom with a double vanity, shower, soaking tub, water closet and walk-in closet. The other bedroom had a complete refresh with new floors, lighting and fixtures, paint, and a bonus closet that made out of formerly dead space.

The whole team was great to work with, start to finish! Crystal really listened to help our vision of the project come true. It was really fun, and especially helpful, working with Keri to pick out all the finishes to ensure nothing clashed. We worked with a lot of people, too many to name, but they were all professional and helpful! Communication was easy with their app.

We are very pleased with the project: it came out perfect. We have been in our new bedroom for about 2 years now. There have been a couple minor concerns of which Crossroads addressed quickly.

All-in-all, 10/10 recommend them! You will not be disappointed with their work!
