Once again, a GREAT experience with Grass Gobblers! Mike and his team do a wonderful job!! Did you know that they do snow removal as well as landscaping?! After a very heavy snow storm, our snow blower died, so I called and requested them to plow us out.. they were at my house ASAP when I really needed them! Thank you to Mike, Katie and the entire Grass Gobblers team for being such an AWESOME company to work with!!

Mike and the entire Grass Gobblers team are a pleasure to work with. Mike has a very personal approach, he's easy to talk to and provides great advice. His entire team does a great job, especially Joe. We look forward to working with them for many years to come. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call if you are considering them.

We first hired Grass Gobblers to maintain our yard in 2015 after they bought the business from the two college students who were doing it previously. Mike was great to work with from day 1. Not only did he and his crew do a great job on our yard, it was clear from the start that he understood the importance of good customer service. If you want to work with someone who cares about the quality of his work and is a nice guy too, then you won't go wrong hiring Grass Gobblers.

The team at Grass Gobblers is outstanding. From the time we reached out to them to inquire about their services, they were immediately responsive. Their prices were more than fair, and the quality of the work was always perfection. What was especially important for us was that throughout the season, any time we had any questions or concerns, they were always quick to get back to us. I highly recommend Mike and his team at Grass Gobblers.

We really needed help with our lawn and all of our landscaping which was overgrown and in tough shape. Grass Gobblers has done a great job working on the lawn and bringing it back to life. We recently had them do a yard "clean up" and mulch project, our property looks park-like and beautiful. We are so pleased!! And most of all, they always SHOW UP every week for our service, never any no-shows or excuses. Very very happy!

I used Grass Gobblers a couple years ago for mowing and they were great. So when I wanted my garden beds replaced I knew who to call. Mike was great to work with! He did an initial site visit and spent time browsing plants at the nursery with me making sure the plan was solid before I made any commitments. When it came time to do the work Mike and his team were great! Two day job that has my house looking 100x better than before! Would highly recommend this team for whatever lawn needs you have.

Great Service. Fast Response. I called as new customer with small hope of finding someone to fit my property in this spring. They were able to make it out within 2 days to start maintence. Crew did an amazing job. Highly reccomend!

Trimmers has been performing snow removal work at my companies storage site, Right Space Storage, in Hudson, NH, for the past 3 seasons. Upper management has been approving me to use them year after year, as I boast about their service to them. The quality of their efforts is very good, and they are very responsive if I should have a concern with any post snow storm clean up. The always send someone out to touch up any additional clean up that might be required on my site. I recommend very highly.

Awesome, beautiful, amazing team, 5 stars! This company was so great to work with. With several estimates and plans, this team provided the best customer service, cost per overall project and flexibility with ideas. The sidewalk was part of the city 50/50 program. Trimmers Landscaping provided support and documentation to make this process beautiful and simple. The team was always professional, gave great solutions, and always fun to talk about the progress. Highly recommended! What was intended to be a driveway and sidewalk became a complete work of art. Grading, paver application and patterns, plant styles, lighting, and details, will ease maintenance and help control pests, increases drainage and compliment the 1910 architecture. Trimmers is the absolute best. From the very beginning, Branden came out, assessed the work and was extremely communicative and thorough. He was always available when needed, and truly a pleasure to work with. Fast-forward to first day of the job, Brian came and was the hardest working, most wonderful person to work with. He has an amazing eye for detail and made our backyard oasis come to life. He worked in 100° heat most of the job and always put in long days to make sure they stayed on track. I could never recommend a better company to work with if you’re looking to have Hardscape done right. These guys feel like family to us and we will forever use them for all future needs.

Terrible company for both snow removal and landscaping. We hired them to do four buildings at the condo complex I live in and I could write a book on the number of bad, lazy, breach of contract stuff they did (didn't do, really). Snow plowing, late, ineffective, bad communication, bad drivers, yelled at a resident. Landscaping, virtually no spring clean up, no mulch put down, sprinklers not even attempted to be turned on let alone gave us a report on what repairs they may need. A total waste of money, no one should ever hire these guys.

We had Trimmers install a small (6 x 20 ft) patio and landscape our back yard, clearing away debris from a rock face and adding grass and plantings. They did prompt, exemplary work with plenty of communication before, during, and after, not cheap but perfectly reasonable. We look forward to keeping them on call.

Excellent Service

José and Rubin from Trend Deliveries were outstanding. They removed a Bosch refrigerator that wasn’t true counter-depth and installed our new GE Profile with care and precision. They were extremely polite, friendly, and professional, and treated our home with real respect. They took their time, explained everything, and made the whole process stress-free. Exceptional service — highly recommend!

Omar and John were great! They were able to schedule a date and time that worked for me and they called about 5 min before arrival. Once arrived, they brought the large box in between the two of them without damaging property. They did a fantastic job setting up the treadmill and as they worked, they left a clean and organized work space. They also made sure everything was in the right place, secure, even, and stable. When they finished, they made sure to show me that it was in good working order and where all the buttons were before they left. Overall they did an awesome job and I would highly recommend to others looking to use their services. Thanks guys!

We purchased a large washer & dryer. Jose Perez and Ruben Diaz delivered them. They were on time and very professional. They were extremely careful bringing them into our basement a bit of a challenge. They assembled the accessories and set up the washer and dryer. They connected all the fitting and tested both machines. After they finished they cleaned both inside and out taking all the trash with them. I would definitely use them again! Thank again!

Here is a account of my recent appliance delivery experience:

1. To their credit, scheduling and communication prior to delivery were handled smoothly via text message, including a confirmed delivery window.

2. Upon arrival, the delivery truck was partially driven onto the lawn, resulting in damage to the lawn.

3. The delivery crew provided minimal verbal communication throughout the process.

4. After placing two appliances inside the home, the crew moved the around the corner (why?), then returned and drove over the lawn a second time.

5. The crew brought the washer and dryer upstairs but left the dryer on the floor. They declined to connect either unit, despite a phone confirmation the previous day that they would. They blame the appliance shop.

6. The crew refused to deliver two additional appliances to their designated locations, citing an obstructed path due to a railing. Don't moving companies move things? They offered to come back sometime in the future to finish (?).

7. Communication from the crew ceased. I requested that the remaining appliances at least be placed in the garage, which they eventually did.

8. The crew prepared to leave without completing installation or proper placement. The refrigerator was not aligned in its space, and the washer and dryer were not stacked. After I pointed this out right as they were trying to drive away, they completed those tasks before departing.

10. Later the same day, I hired a separate crew on an emergency basis to finish the delivery and installation at HUGE additional cost.

11. When I contacted the company, they offered a $35 refund for inconvenience and a $70 refund for the two appliances that were not hauled away, for a total of $105. $35 for royally screwing up the delivery is insulting.

From my perspective, they did great on this deal and I got absolutely hosed. They left me high and dry.

From reading other customer reviews, experiences appear to vary significantly depending on the assigned delivery crew. It's really not worth the gamble.

I would not gamble on this company again.

We have had several moves with Trend. They kept me informed every step of the way. The guys were great! Very polite and professional. We moved into a new home, and they took exceptional care with our belongings and home. Would highly recommend!
