I was replacing all my propane line in my home. I went to this Granite group and Justin literally helped me thru questions and building my system from scratch. He was very professional I would highly recommend this store

It's a little off of the beaten path, but the staff is really into helping you get exactly what you need. This branch I'm told is only a few months old, but my first experience with it when very well. Whether through email or phone they will work with you and are very prompt with their service.

Amazing people every drivers dream company to unload at!! Jody in receiving is the best took my truck in after fw Webb held him hostage for 5 hours!

The staff, especially Justin do a great job servicing customers. Always knowledgeable and attentive.

I didn't want a Big Box brand expansion tank, so I searched for local plumbing supply houses.

The Granite Group had everything I needed and I installed it all yesterday. Amazing experience and solution so close to home.

Walked around in the rain for 20 minutes just trying to find someone so I could deliver. Finally I find someone and they sent me in the wrong direction. Back to the original person. 1 skid every 10 minutes. Update. 2 hours so far. I keep thinking I'm unloaded and 10 minutes later here comes the fork lift moving again. Stay away from loads to this place. By the way. It's only half a load.

The people are very rude. Went inside to find out why my load is taking so long. Got here at 4:45 appt was at 5:00. The fork lift driver started cussing saying the load was difficult to unload. We left at 7:50. Almost 3 hours to unload half a truck. Appointment here doesn't matter. We as truck drivers need to help each other stop coming to places like this.

Go around back with your paperwork. They may send you back too the front to unload. Friendly people , they got started on me right away. They have overnight parking and if you're an aviation geek you could watch planes take off from the airport right next door. There's a truck stop at exit five with a diner when you get off the interstate. Good food, but they charge ten dollars a night to park.

Mainline did an amazing job installing our water systems! They were professional, knowledgeable and you can tell that they take pride in their work. Reasonable pricing and John was very good with communication as well- super easy to work with! Thank you mainline, what a difference our water systems have made. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

Mainline Plumbing came through in spades for us! Within one day, our new water treatment system was functional, leaks addressed and they carefully reviewed our system with us so we may maintain it properly. The guys were kind, careful and conscientious. I recommend them without reservation and we will use them in the future! Great price and excellent service!

My boyfriend said he could fix the garbage disposal. He broke it. Called Mainline and they sent Mike E. AMAZING service. I never knew plumbers were that professional!? The whole appt was great. Mike is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. You guys have an incredible asset with him. All the tips he gave my boyfriend about basic plumbing. Def will (need to lol) use their services again.

Andy and his team were awesome. I have 11 household members (4 generations) and I got my wife a granite kitchen countertop and new sink for Christmas to replace our 28-year old delaminating countertop. This required shutting off the sink water and dishwasher for 24 hours for the granite adhesive to cure. I had a high volume 24/7 plumbing company lined up 24 hours later to replumb and install the new sink so we could turn the water back on - they arrived and charged me $99 for an estimate that was based on their standard pricing and amounted to an $800/hour labor rate! I turned them down and faced the prospect of a distraught kitchen-less clan for at least another day, maybe more. I started calling local plumbers with no luck until I called Andy - he appreciated my somewhat dire situation and found a way to have one of his team come over in two hours to get the job done after normal business hours for a very reasonable price. I'm a customer for life now!

Everyone else was booking out far, but when Southern NH plumbing learned my furnace was acting up, and it was getting cold, they made time to come out within a few days to address the issue and do a regular maintenance service. The technician was super thorough, explained everything well, and did a great job. I am especially taken with their amazing customer service and willingness to help in a time if need.

The work was done at my mom’s house, and Chuck kept in contact throughout the process, welcoming any questions and checking in to see if products needed for the job had arrived, which we really appreciated. Justin completed the work, and the workmanship was excellent. Chuck quoted the job exactly—no surprises and no hidden costs. The overall quality was outstanding.

In addition to showing up on time, they texted 15 minutes prior to arrival. True to their word, they kept the appointment even during a major snowstorm.
