The older sales man is extremely rude and disrespectful. He needs to learn how to talk to people with respect. not happy at all with them or their service. if I could they wouldn't even be getting one Star. stay away especially if you have to interact with that man.

Outdoor Pride is a joke. They’re sloppy and leave cigarette butts all over your property. I saw one of the workers using the bathroom in a shrub they were supposed to be pruning. They violate noise ordinance laws with the riding blower. It’s insanely loud and they work on Sundays too. I forbid them to even step foot onto my property on a Sunday. Give it a rest. Complete your work Monday thru Friday! They don’t pay any attention to detail and seem like a bunch of slackers. Don’t waste your time. I don’t even think they deserve one star sadly enough. The skid marks on my lawn and cigarette butts are enough for me to hire a better more professional company! Steer clear of Outdoor Pride!

Amazing company that can take care of all your property maintenance needs. There winter work is unmatched and dependable. There attention to detail and knowledgeable employees are what separates this company from the rest. There a huge company spanning from New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Professional in every aspect. There safe, dependable with attention to detail. I would also like to mention there involvement in the community and the people they serve. an inspirational company that sets the bar in my opion. I would highly recommend this company if you want the best Out Door Pride is it.

My daughter is a new driver and the driver of this truck was in a right turn only lane. He had flashing lights which didn't allow us to see a blinker ( which following him where we were going he never used one anyway). He decided to cut her off basically mid car pushing his way over into her lane. Seems like from the other reviews this driver won't be spoken to but today is October 27,2025 at 4p.m. in Salem N.H. ( see picture ) . Couldn't even stop at the line, instead in the crosswalk. I don't usually post complaints however there wasn't even a car behind us, he could have waited to move over.

Couldn't cut grass. Trim bushes or be on time !! Don't waste your time with them they drove right through my fence with a machine that they didnt need.

I've hired Freshcut Landscaping for years for fall and spring clean ups at my home. They just completed several larger landscape projects for me - created extensive mulch beds with weed cloth under the mulch, removed old shrubs from the front of my home, added decorative rock border around my deck, and drainage rock where needed. Matthew and his crew always do an excellent job, exceeding my expectations!

I couldn't be happier with the work Norris at Deep Roots did at my house. I gave them my budget and an inspiration photo, and they delivered a result that honestly exceeded what I was picturing. They listened to what I wanted, stayed within my budget, and the end result looks fantastic. Professional, easy to work with, and clearly skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

Called over a week ago to see if I could get a quote for my garage issue and never even bothered to call me back, even if they were busy a courtesy call saying so would have been nice....tells alot about someone when they can't even bother calling you back .

I recently hired Timmy Thompson for a couple of projects and was very impressed. Not only did he return my initial call promptly, he came when he said he would and remained on the job until it was completed. He was courteous, efficient and paid attention to detail. He even offered an alternative way he could complete the work for a slightly lower price. Good, honest handymen are very hard to fine, but this guy is a stand-out. Based on the work he did for me, I'd highly recommend him to others and I plan to hire him again.

Timmy completed work on our house in an extremely professional and thorough manner.  Timmy showed up on time each day of the work and kept us fully up-to-date on the development of the project. Very happy with the service we received and Timmy even took the time to fix a few additional items, which he identified as a safety hazard, we had not previously noticed.
