Incredibly impressed with the integrity, professionalism and overall care from this company in an emergency situation. New to the area, we had no one to call when a massive leak happened, and are truly grateful Monadnock Plumbing answered the phone after hours! Although they do not typically provide emergency service calls, they stepped up to the plate and helped us out and we are truly grateful. Tristan was straight up professional, extremely confident and excellent with his skills. Truly appreciate the assist in an emergency, thank you so much again! Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best! We had a pipe burst and lost our water and heat when it was really cold. Called a couple different places that said they couldn't get to us for at least a day and they wanted buckets of money just to come out. Called Monadnock, he was at my house within 15 minutes, and fixed the broken pipe within 30. In and out, super nice and professional. And also super affordable. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Stephen is a phenomenal plumber. From start to finish working with him was amazing. If you're in need of a plumber he's your guy. He does great work at a fair price. I can't recommend Monadnock Plumbing and Hesting enough.

When I had a leak that I couldn't fix, I called several plumbers to try and get it looked at and noone I called was available. When I said as much on the phone to Steven from Manadnock, he made room for me. Tristan was at my house later that day when Steven said he would be and, although he couldn't fix it that day because it was quite complicated, he patched it up as best he could and, again, showed up when he said he would days later a second time. Tristan got it fixed and fixed correctly and even tackled a separate toilet leak that had popped up in the interim.
Their prices were more than fair and they've gained a loyal customer with me. Perfect 5 star reviews on Google? You'd better believe it! We'll earned. May God bless you guys abundantly. Thank you!!!!

Called Steve based on the reviews I had read on here and I'm glad I did. What a wicked nice family-owned business that treats you like family as well. They were prompt, courteous and did go above and beyond to work on 100-year-old home with only a dark scary crawl space to work in. Pricing is very fair and they showed up when they said they would. As far as we are concerned there are new plumbers for all future work. Thank you Steve and family.

We had a leaky shower handle and called Monadnock Plumbing for help. TJ was out within a few days and quickly assessed the issue. He helped us order the same fixture and when it arrived, Steve scheduled it promptly and TJ was out the next morning to replace the entire fixture. He worked quickly and is very personable. Excellent service, won’t consider using another plumber now!

Needed a small water heater replaced in my summer camp and these guys quoted me a fair price and were able to fit my job in the next day. Tristan was amazing and thorough. He even gave me a little tutorial on the heater. I highly recommend Monadnock Plumbing and will definitely call them if needed in the future.

Wanted to have a hybrid electric water heater installed. Out of 3-4 companies I called. Steven was the first to reply. He answered all my questions and quoted me a price. Scheduling was excellent, staying in contact and answering any further questions I had, he was there. Pricing was excellent. Lastly the install turned out perfect.

Steven went out of his way to communicate and answer questions promptly. Even having questions on the unit operation after the installation, we was more than happy to contact the rep and get the answers I needed.

If your looking for plumbing work Monadnock Plumbing & Heating will be my go to from here on out.

Eric and Jake showed up today at 7:30am to install a Mitsubishi 2-Zone Mini-Split in my old Cape home. They were kind, knowledgeable, and got straight to work upon arrival. They finished the entire project by 2:30pm. The equipment looks good and is running smoothly—I'm very impressed. Thank you Keating!

Nathan, Nick and Peter were an awesome team and completed what could've been a potentially difficult repair involving demolition in a couple of rooms. They carefully removed only what was necessary to replace an old built in cast iron pipe. They were professional and very respectful of my home. I also appreciate the thorough clean-up. I highly recommend Keating Plumbing and Heating!

We had Brendan and Pete from Keating Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling out this week to service our propane furnace, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They were not only professional and thorough but also incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the visit. It’s so great to find a team you can truly trust — highly recommend them!

Incredible experience with these fine people. I lost water pressure on a Monday night with a 4 week old baby in the house. I called on Tuesday morning and they had Peter here same day to look at the issue. It ended up being a Pressure Tank and he stayed late to make sure that we would have running water that night for the newborn. There was another part that was bad as well, and Brandon was able to drive a part from Keene at 7PM to the house and they installed it and got everything back up and running. Unbelievably grateful to both of them for not only getting here same day, but for staying until close to 8PM to make sure that we had running water in the house. I couldn't recommend these guys enough, and if you are in the market there is nobody else I would recommend. I will be using Keating for life.

We have used Keating plumbing and heating for several projects. They installed a new heater last year. Yesterday, Peter came and installed a water filter and gave some advice for issues related to the toilets. Excellent service!!! Matt, the installer who came and ran a new set of ductwork to a porch room, was absolutely great. He was presented with several unforseen obstacles and overcame each of them without so much as a grumble. All smiles and the job is done much better than I would have thought possible. Would recommend Matt and Keating for any hesting and cooling jobs. Will have them replace my furnace next year.

Keating plumbing and heating was installing mini split in my house. The whole experience from the estimate to completion of the work was excellent. Super friendly, customer oriented, efficient, punctual, great communication. Both technicians, Eric and Ricky were very professional, polite, respectful and hard working. When work was finished, everything was beautifully installed, working perfectly and clean. It was a great pleasure to work with Keating plumbing and heating out of Marlborough, NH. Highly recommend!
