I recently had a vinyl fence installed and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

We worked with Obed to put up a fence around our pool area. We had a specific fence we wanted and they went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. It came out beautiful and they continued to follow up to make sure all worked well. Highly recommend this fencing company.

We have a very hilly property and we were nervous how a fence would look. Obed and his team did an amazing job installing a black chain link fence. Somehow, the property feels bigger to us! We also had them remove a large oak tree prior to install, which they did a great job on as well. Would definitely recommend!

I have lived in Merrimack for over 20 years and for most of that time I used All Outdoors Landscaping for all of my house's landscaping. Rob and his crew are excellent. Rob is very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. They do my fall cleanups, beds, mulching and they also did my front walkway. Amazing bathroom renovation. Charlie communicates well. His team was always on time. They were professional, picked up clutter each day and the quality of the work was outstanding. The tile work we needed done was a bit complex and they do an incredible job.

We had a bathroom remodel done by Charlie and had several major issues.

The plumbing on the tub was not installed correctly which caused water damage to our kitchen ceiling the first time we used it. Charlie did "repair" it but it was poorly done. I ended up withholding the last payment of $400 to put towards hiring another contractor to repair correctly. The $400 did not cover the cost of the repair and the full ceiling repaint that was required.

The tub that was installed squeaked since day one and has not been properly fixed. To have the tub re-installed correctly is would cost around $2,000-$2500 based on two quotes I got. Charlie's solution was to cut a whole in the bedroom closet wall to shim the tub. With all the issues we had I told him I would rather have some else repair it. He said he could fix it for free or give me $200 towards fixing it. The tub still squeaks two years later every time we use it.

Almost 1.5 years after the bathroom remodel we found poor electrical wiring in the attic for the bathroom vent. Charlie did apologize and paid to have Custom Electric come and install it correctly. I am just glad we found the issue before it caused any damage.

I went with Charlie and Granite State General Contractors based on all the great reviews and ended up with a lot of issues so please take this into consideration when making your decision.

Charlie and his team finished our basement and we couldn’t be happier with their work. They spent a minimum of 8 hours here every weekday until the project was done. They took care of handling everything from the construction, doors, heat, ac, electric to even buying paint and painting the walls for us. We just had to pick a wall color and call a company to install carpet, that’s it! The people who installed the carpet marked up the walls and Charlie came back and took care of touching up everything that was dinged or marked. Charlie was very easy to get in touch with and would respond quickly to any ideas or questions we had. It was such a smooth, easy process and we highly recommend them to everyone!

We had Charlie and his team at Granite State General Contractors do our recent basement renovation. From the initial visit to gather information to the final visit to apply the finishing touches we had nothing but good experiences. Charlie is very knowledgeable, addressed all of our concerns, and suggested changes that we hadn’t thought of that really add to the final product. He and his crew were all very friendly and very accommodating, always answering questions and requests with a smile. At the end of each work day they always left the work area as clean as possible to minimize the construction impact. We would definitely use Charlie for future projects and would recommend him wholeheartedly!

He had great design ideas and input on how to best maximize our space. Great price too! During the project Charlie was open and honest with us, explaining the steps in the process and what he was doing each day. At the end of each day he left the work site clean and tidy. The finished project came out great. I especially appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to make changes based on our input. I highly recommend Granite State General Contractors.

First off, the folks at CTC were great to deal with. I had a couple of conversations with the owners and the job was thoroughly discussed and the price was more reasonable than I had anticipated. The crew showed up on the scheduled day at 7:30 and got right on it. Their level of professionalism was evident in every step of the process. My property was a bit of a challenge but these guys worked it like it was their own. When finished, we discussed some final details, had a few laughs and they were on their way. I was particularly impressed with the draft they made and found myself waiting for some rain. Sure enough, the water flows away for the first time in 35 years!

CTC Construction Corp was professional from start to finish. They were able to come out the day after I called to inspect our existing driveway and a day later provided me a quote. Once I made a down payment they booked a date for the job less then a week out for my driveway to be completed. They showed up when they said they would and were ready to work. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and we love the results. The crew was very friendly. This is a Veteran owned company and they offered me a veteran's discount. I can't recommend them enough.

Last year my driveway started to develop large cracks. The walkway had lost its base and caused a hole to form. So we decided to have a new drive and walkway put down. I was given a few recommendations on companies that could do what I needed to be done. In January I contacted CTC for a quote on a new driveway. They couldn’t do much for measurements due to the snow. CTC told me they would reach out in April. Fast forward to April and I got a call from CTC to set up a time to come and discuss what I wanted done. Brian arrived on time and we talked about the plan. After he took his measurements we sparked up a conversation of how we would proceed. Then I noticed the hat he was wearing. It was from a tackle shop out in upstate NY. I found out we had fishing in NY in common. While talking about a few other things I noticed the Veteran plates on his car. He said he’s a Navy husband. Right then and there I knew I was going to have them do the work. A couple days later he sent over a quote. I reviewed it and sent a deposite. We set up a day to complete the job but nature had other plans. It felt like it was on day 40 of rain. Brian called to reschedule. They day came for the to show up. They showed up on time. We discussed the plans and they got right to work. Everyone at CTC was great to talk to and very professional. They produce great quality work and got it done. You will not be sorry when you hire CTC for your paving project.
