Artisan Plumbing provide an excellent service. They are professional, skilled, and offer very reasonable rates. We are extremely happy with them. They arrive on time and work efficiently. They replaced a hot water tank for us on one occasion, and will also do small jobs such as replacing a spigot and valve. We highly recommend them.

Ken was a life saver, I highly recommend Artisan Plumbing! After dealing with a different contractor and being without heat or hot water (in November) for over two weeks, we finally lucked out when Ken was called in by the other licensed contractor because he needed an experienced helping hand. We will definitely be turning to Artisan Plumbing for any future needs!! Ken picked up on the other contractor's errors, and turned our home back into a place of warmth and comfort in no time! Needed a natural gas water heater replaced.
I called half a dozen places, Ken had the best price as well the best turnaround time. He and Brian were there later that same day. they banged it out and cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely recommend! They were nice and friendly and did a great job.

My hot water tank started leaking. I called Artisan Plumbing and Ken came out within 3 hours, ordered parts and came out the next day to make repairs. Excellent response time and very satisfied with the installation!

DTP came to my house to unplug the sewer line from my house to the septic tank that was causing backup into my basement. Technician reached the blockage and couldn’t go any farther (20’). The tech ran the snake twice with the same result. Packed up his snake and charged me $650 for finding a blockage with out clearing it. DTP should not advertise they clear drain lines if they don’t know how to.

Jay did a great job installing my kitchen faucet and two shut off valves. He worked efficiently and took care of the job quickly.

Repaired leaking pipe connection at water main / water meter entry point in the house, added supports and shutoffs to prevent future issues and simplify maintenance. Fast, professional service with no mess.

Last night we noticed a strange smell coming from our kitchen, turns out that our disposal was leaking and the water was hitting some of the electrical. I called Jay around 8:30 am, he called me right back, we talked through the issue and he informed me that he could swing by after he wrapped up the service call he was on.

Service call went a little longer than he expected and he was very proactive communicating with me his timeline, he asked me to take pictures of my disposal system so he could pick up a replacement on his way.

Once he got here he showed me how rusted the disposal was at the top of the unit and he actually had to cut the unit out. Again very pro-active in communication and he was done in 90 minutes. We now have a working sink and dishwasher, and he's getting us in touch with an electrician to take care of that piece.

Overall amazing experience and I would recommend JMS to EVERYONE.

Our hot water system unexpectedly failed this week, needing replacement. We called several businesses, trying to find just one that could come out to replace it before next week, as we had no hot water. None could. We found Jay's number online, called him and he came out the same day to check the system. The following day, he returned and replaced the whole hot water system. His work is meticulous and reasonably priced. His promptness and professionalism earns him a 5 star! We highly recommend him.
