Will was amazing! 23 yr old dryer, wasn't staying on and throwing an error code. Will came out next day, figured out the issue, part replaced, runs like a new dryer!! VERY REASONABLE & PROFESSIONAL!! Thank you, Will!!

Giddy Up Appliance Repair responded quickly to my call. The owner was able to come by my house, figure out why my dryer wasn't drying. A replacement part had to be ordered, and as soon. As it came in, it was replaced and my dryer is up and running again.

The owner was knowledgeable, professional and most importantly punctual. The part was replaced quickly. I will definitely be calling again!

William couldn't have been more knowledgeable, and came to fix my refrigerator around my schedule. He was knowledgeable, efficient and quickly did repairs. He answered all my questions fully. I mentioned a concern with my dryer, and next thing I knew, he was checking on it. I was so pleased with him and his service, I sent copies of his business card to 6 friends while he was finishing up. I called William, left a voicemail and he called back an hour later. We needed someone to come out and fix our dryer. He came out later that day, texted me when he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. Highly recommend his services! He quickly got to work and within 40 minutes, we had a working dryer. Well our repair set up and completion went very smooth. He’s a really nice guy and pretty responsive. It was an easy process to get this repair done; so, I was happy with that.

There was another sound/noise that was concerning I had brought up when we set up the repair, but he couldn’t replicate the sound when he was here. So, I paid him for the repair and he said to take a video of the mysterious sound when it happens.

So I recorded it and sent it to him without the expectation that he needed to come back for free to resolve. I was hoping to figure out what this noise was.

Since I sent that, I haven’t received any messages back despite a follow up text or two. Just disappointing to feel like you did something wrong and receive no response whatsoever after a smooth experience otherwise.

Outstanding service of our LG washing machine from William of Giddy Ups Appliance Repair & Refrigeration. We recently moved to NH from CA and brought our LG washer and dryer with us. After a couple of washes hearing the loud banging from the washing machine we decided to get it checked out. William to the rescue! He pinpointed the issue, ordered the parts, came back for the install and voila, the washing machine is purring once again.

William was great! I called and a left a message for him regarding a problem I was having with my washer. He got back to me quickly and put me in his schedule for the following morning. He came on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue all within 20 minutes. And even gave a slight discount on his usual service fee.

To have all this happen in less than 24 hours is pretty unheard of these days. I now have my “go-to” guy for any of my appliance needs. Thanks so much William!

Tony from this company is not dependable… took him a week to call me to make an appointment.. he supposedly fixed my stove and dishwasher… they are no better or the same as they were… immediately called him, no response…. Stay away from this company!!!!

Tony answered the phone on Saturday, arrived within time limits on Monday. He gave an honest assessment of the stove and charged a fair price. Would do business with him in the future.

I called Appliance World to repair our 15-month old GE dishwasher that was not cleaning dishes. This is a second home so we are not here all the time but Tony was awesome and managed to squeeze us in early in the morning before our flight left to go home.

He asked me to text him a photo of the serial and model number so he could arrive prepared with the necessary parts for the most common repairs for our symptoms.

He texted us when he was on the way and he went to work diagnosing the issue (a stuck dispenser tray) that was keeping the dishes from cleaning. He also recommended that we stop using the all-in-one pods for our dishwasher and he explained that the water was probably not heating enough to completely dissolve the pods.

He waited through a cycle to make sure everything was working correctly.
Very happy. I love finding a small local company that is competent and professional and willing to go the extra step to accommodate a new customer.

Will definitely use and recommend.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! No one ever answers or returns calls. Not sure if this place is in business or not. If they are they shouldnt be. NO SERVICE.

Tony was very efficient and knowledgeable regarding our LG refrigerator ice maker malfunction. Had it up and running again in no time. He also addressed seal issues which are contributing to the problem. I would definitely use him again in the future.,

I was in a bind - Friday & my oven wouldn’t come up to temp. I called Appliance World as I had used them in the past. Voice mail message was clear; leave a message with details or, better yet, take a picture & text including details. I did that & Tony came over late Friday & took care of me. Problem solved. He also took a look at my dishwasher & ordered a part for me. I’m happy & my wife was thrilled. Thanks Tony!!

Tony was great. Got back to me next day (this was over a weekend and my issue was not an emergency) and was able to schedule a day or two out. Issue was my dryer wouldn’t sense moisture and kick on heat. Arrived on time. Troubleshooting was efficient and dryer was working when he left 45 mins later. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
