Unfortunately, one of our 2 A/C units stopped working and the other was on its last leg. Both furnaces were also past their expected life span, so it was time for an upgrade. 2 A/C units and 2 furnaces is no small job. I obtained several quotes and Joyce, who was recommended by an associate of mine who also had a good experience, was the most professional and detailed which really impressed me. I wanted to minimize the disturbance to our business, so it was important the company we hired that had the manpower to get the job done quick. They exceeded my expectations, the job was competed quickly, efficiently, with quality work and they left the office jobsite clean when done. On top of that their rate was competitive. I was impressed from start to finish and highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services for their residential or commercial property.

I needed to replace my “vintage” AC system. Joyce was very professional all the way around. Sales answered all my questions and explained all the options. Prices were competitive and clearly outlined in proposal. Office staff very responsive. Scheduling was quick and they offered financing options. Installation was on time and techs were professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

From showing up on time, courteous, neat, polite, informative every detail on aspect of their work was impeccable the fine details if even patching old screw holes in the ductwork to make sure they don’t leak here. No detail was too small or missed by this gentleman all professional professionals, every moment, courteous everything that you could ask for knowledge and experience was clearly there. One of your parents slipped and fell on his elbow not once did he even swear or complain, I never heard a harsh word out of any of them on any of the work truly credits to your company in professionalism, courtesy, and skill.

Top notch service! We had called a few other companies to come out for an emergency repair but couldnt even get a call back. Made one phone call to Home Air Services, talked to Ryan who came out right away and took care of us like family! Will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Brian was great. At first I wasn't sure he knew much about my boiler so I was a bit skeptical, however he ended up fixing the issue and we are happy of the out come. It was a bit pricey but being the first time needing a plumber that could be normal.

Walley’s installed a new 97% efficiency furnace to replace a 20+ year old furnace. The whole experience was a pleasure from the initial visit to the final quality check. Everyone at Walley’s was professional and courteous. I would recommend the Walley’s team for any HVAC work.

What a terrible experience with Walley’s Heating and Air Conditioning. We were given a service window of 1:00–4:00 PM, but the technician didn’t arrive until 5:56 PM. We tried to be understanding because these are some of the first hot days of the season and we know HVAC companies are busy.

After spending about an hour here, the technician told us he could not get our outside condenser to turn on and claimed that multiple parts of our professionally installed five-year-old system needed to be replaced — possibly even the entire unit.

After he left, my husband spent less than 10 minutes troubleshooting the issue himself and got the outside unit running simply by replacing the relay.

Very disappointing experience, especially after being told we might need thousands of dollars in repairs for what turned out to be a simple fix.

I hate to give them a poor review because they did a great job installing my central A/C in 2016, but to clean the external unit and furnace, they wanted to charge me nearly $1K just to look at it, in essence, and parts wouldn't have been included. I spoke to three other local contractors and they quoted me $400-$450 for everything. The one I went with found a large pipe that was disconnected, which Walley's missed.

With water in the tray under our furnace we immediately called Walley’s Heating andAir. Within two hours Spencer predictably arrived at our houses we were told and also texted. He methodically checked our furnace and air conditioner. It turned out the furnace pump was leaking. He kept us informed throughout the process being sure to explained everything to us. We were impressed by his thoroughness and knowledge. He replaced our pump making sure we saw where the leak had been coming from.
He was a delightful to work with and we were completely satisfied with the results.

Furnace stopped working very early on a Saturday morning so we called Walley’s Heating & Air to check it out. In a short time a kind technitician came over and looked the furnace over and diagnosed the issues, ordered the parts, and even returned after his very long day of work, to provide us with a few electric heaters to keep is all warm durring this chilly winter until the parts become available in a couple of days and the furnace gets repaired. This company is amazing and they go above and beyond to make a tough situation so much more comfortable. Thank you Walley’s!

Our heater failed on a Saturday morning during one of the last single digit weekends during Winter 2026. Walley's was one of two companies that answered the phone and was able to try to assist in troubleshooting. We were able to book an appointment for that Monday. On Monday, I was able to confirm the appointment as well as change the scope of work as we had independently performed some troubleshooting. Walley's was willing to install a part that we had purchased independently. Everyone that we interacted with from the phone to the technician that came on site were extremely polite and professional. Communication via text and email was fantastic. We will definitely call Walley's again in the future!

We recently needed a complex whole-house filtration system installed, and from start to finish, the experience was flawless. This wasn’t a standard "out of the box" job; the setup required significant planning and technical expertise due to the existing layout of our plumbing. John approached the challenge with incredible diligence, mapping out the installation carefully to ensure everything was perfectly integrated. Despite the high complexity of the project, the work was performed with impressive efficiency. Prior to that we also needed water heater installation. All staff from A. Fagundes Plumbing & Heating were quick, tidy, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Their customer service was fantastic. They handled all of my questions with patience and a great attitude, taking the time to explain everything.

First time using Fagundes for a service and I'm impressed. Instead of contacting my previous maintenance company I wanted to give Fagundes a try since I've seen their vehicles in my condo complex.
I got an AC maintenance and signed up for their comfort club. The tech explained everything and even cleaned a part of the outside facing unit.
He had pictures for everything and their price is significantly lower with more services offered than the prior company. I will continue using Fagundes in the future.
