The most petty construction company there is!!! Do not use these guys you’ll thank me later guaranteed. Parking vehicles in front of driveways just so guys that were hired to do a job can’t get in to do there job is just mind blowing. Sir you need to grow up and do the right thing instead of being petty. Hope this saves people a lot of headaches down the road. Have a blessed one!!!

I can’t say enough good things about W. Santos Construction Services! My house, built 38 years ago, had issues from poor lot grading and inadequate foundation drainage, causing erosion and foundation settling. I’d been researching solutions when I noticed my neighbors down the street getting a new drainage system installed. Their work looked high-quality—not the usual flimsy 4” perforated pipe but a sturdy 10” rugged perforated pipe. So, one day, I walked over and met Walter as he was wrapping up. He was super friendly, checked out my property, and explained exactly how to fix my drainage issues. We agreed on a great price and his team got to work. They removed my front stairs, then dug a trench. They power-washed and waterproofed the foundation walls, fixed cracks, and installed a perforated pipe wrapped in fiberglass, surrounded by rocks. For the gutters, they installed heavy-duty downspout drainpipes. They also regraded the yard to stop water pooling, added loam, and seeded. Plus, they installed granite stairs and a concrete walkway, blending perfectly with my driveway. Walter and his crew were professional, great at communicating, and everything they did was built for longevity. Walter mentioned his team handles everything—including interior construction, property maintenance, you name it—so we’re already planning to use them for a backyard porch, septic system, and new gutters. Overall, I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend W. Santos Construction Services.

Walter and crew did great work installing a new foundation drainage system & concrete walkway. Got a great deal on pricing, project was completed in a timely manner (about a week), and the materials used are good quality. We purchased our own granite to be used for front steps, and they picked those up & installed them. Walter thought of things along the way that I wouldn't have thought of, like making sure there are drainpipes for future gutters, and they even installed a small pipe for our wired dog-fence under the granite steps. They also graded the ground when they were done. Great communicators and answered any questions we had along the way. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.... highly recommend.
