Very pleased with Frosty's. They were prompt, and did a good job installing a shut off valve for my refrigerator (Ice maker). I will use them again in future.

They came to fix a busted pipe in my apartment building. Came in and knocked some expensive things over, put their incredibly large and heavy bags on top of a box that had fragile belongings in it, never mentioned anything or acknowledged faulty mistakes, while being very abrupt and a bit inconsiderate. In the end, they laid down a pipe caulking that has an extreme chemical smell and irritant which flared up my asthma and burnt my eyes, forcing me outside. They did not set up a fan or ventilation for the application either. Again, never mentioning they were going to do it or suggest I might want to leave. To me the interaction was less than underwhelming and very unprofessional, didn't seem much of a priority to them nor did they interact with me, leaving without saying goodbye as well. If you can go somewhere else, I'd recommend it. But hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

Plumbing issues under an addition. Our job required a larger whole in our basement to access a crawl space. Frostys and several other plumbers came out to assess the problem. Frosty’s were the only people who didn’t give me grief for not having the space accessible. Eric and Dave came back today and they were relentless in diagnosing the problem, cleaning out clogged drains, and repitching some of the drain lines to prevent future problems. I highly recommend Frosty’s plumbing and heating.

Frostys came to the rescue last year when I bought my home - from the very first project until this very day I wouldn’t use anyone else- He and his son have taken such good care of me and went above and beyond with every job- I’m very grateful and lucky to have found him and you will be too!

Highly recommend! We were very impressed with Brendan and his plumbing services. We were able to book an appointment very quickly. We were impressed with his knowledge and his work ethic. He came over to solve 2 problems for us and found another problem that we had been meaning to address but didn’t schedule this time. He offered to take care of it for us in the same trip. Brendan from The Backflow Pro did a phenomenal job making the plumbing in a difficult 2nd floor room in a 1750s house possible for a new bathroom. Fantastic to work with when we ran into trouble and when I extended the scope of work. He's definitely on my short list of trusted contractors and will be back when I'm ready to do the master bathroom and redo our primary.

I highly recommend The Backflow Pro, LLC. Brendan responded pretty quickly to my post when I said I had water in my 4' tall basement. He came that evening to take a look and immediately determined it was my water heater that was leaking. He shut the water off to the heater and pumped out as much as he could that night. He was back in the morning to remove it and the next day came and installed a new water heater. He came when he said he would and was professional and responsive explaining each step. When he finished the water heater, I asked him to look at my kitchen sink faucet which has been dripping for a few years. His estimate to replace it was more than fair. I knew the faucet I wanted and bought it. He was available before the job he was working the following day and came promptly at 8am to install it. Brendan's rates are very reasonable, he is personable and still professional. Self employed plumbers I have used before have not been as responsive as this man. He was willing to come at off hours to make sure I would be all set. Immediately stopped the leak AND removed as much water as he could with the pump he had while working in tight quarters after business hours and at an affordable rate! He took many pictures for my insurance company. You can be sure he will treat you fairly and provide excellent service.

I don't think there is a more professional, ethical and efficient plumber in New England. They installed a new hot water heater and brought my install up to code. They never used the front door to avoid tracking dirt. (I did not request this it's just their policy). Installed quickly. No add on missed "have to charge you more for this...." BS. I've done work with the owner before and he is as about as good as they come in all aspects.

Brendan is installing our plumbing for the new addition we are building for my special needs daughter. He has been nothing but extraordinary in the service he is providing. I am so glad my neighbor referred him to us. I can not wait for the finished product.

Brendan was great to work with. I called him very last minute for an inspection that needed to be done within a very short window. He got me on the schedule (no idea how he pulled that off), performed the inspection and provided the appropriate reports several days BEFORE the deadline. Unreal. Andy was fantastic, he came out for an emergency visit. A carpet company punctured our heating pipes and he had to chisel away a bunch of concrete to get to the section and fully replace it. He was thorough, talked to us about everything he was doing, made sure to turn the water back on and gave some insight on what could be done in the future to make our furnace run even better. I will 100% go through him next time I need anything in the plumbing world. Will recommend him to anyone else in need as well.

If there is an issue, Andy can diagnose and fix it thoroughly, explaining everything he is doing along the way and why.
