I can't figure out where the bad reviews come from, Randy's has always treated us extremely well. They are busy as all get out, so maybe somebody caught them on a bad day - but even on what I could tell were bad days for them have always gotten us a good response.

I had a great experience with Randy's Appliance Repair. My late model fridge stopped working. He came right out to the house. He knew immediately what was wrong and had the part to fix it on his truck. Consequently I did not lose any food. His charge was very reasonable. Service rarely seen these days.

The repair guys are very courteous and knowledgeable. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for perpetual problems with the way they keep their books (nothing is electronic-office looses repair tickets, invoices and paper check payments-which is all they accept). This was a little charming at first, until I politely shared my frustrations with receiving a past due invoice (by 2 months), and so suggesting they update their book keeping. (They won't even take debit cards). The woman was incredibly rude and condescending both verbally and via email (email her initiative, not mine) Totally unprofessional, unlike the service engineers.

First time using Randy's and I am one happy guy tonight. Why? Because I don't have to go to the laundromat tomorrow morning...again. Excellent customer service, guidance as to repair or replace the washer, and a very quick repair today. My advice - don't throw it out, see if it can be fixed. It will keep places like this in business, help the environment, and potentially save you a lot of money.

I visited Randy's website for contact information to pass along to locals looking for qualoty service. Randy's has been to our house twice and each time did a great job and educated us in a manner that was not belittling. The folks who visit seem to take pride in their work and want to keep a business relationship, hence I pass their name along whenever I can. And Once we buy our house, I plan to keep them for future work.

Great experience with my stackable dryer repair. Communication was good and repair was done on schedule. Very happy the repair was successful and at a fair price. I would recommend this business and use again in the future if necessary.

Randy fixed my Jennaire stove that he correctly diagnosed as needing a new control pad. This was done a few months ago, but I’m finally getting around to doing a review. It’s hard to find someone to repair things anymore and I’m so happy I found Randy’s Appliance repair. To replace the stove with its downdraft exhaust would have been close to $4000. The new models need a different configuration for downdraft which means I would’ve had a carpenter come in to redo the area under the stove. Thanks to Randy and his wife for a great job done!
