Cory was so responsive and answered all my questions. He described the problem clearly and gave me several options for a fix to our dryer vent. Maureen at the office was pleasant and friendly and they made me feel like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Steven was amazing to have service our home as first time home buyers. He was patient, honest, and thorough with our questions and made us comfortable with our HVAC services needed.
Steven made sure that he took the extra time to ensure all of our concerns were addressed completely, and felt safe in our new home.
Heritage Home Services was fantastic, and look forward to having Steven come by again.
A true professional and Heritage is lucky to have him work for them. -
Heritage home services was great to work with! The entire process from start to finish went well. I had a mini-split system replaced and everyone I worked with throughout the process was knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. Dave with sales was awesome, Nate, Harrison and entire install team - all fantastic! Would definitely recommend this company to others and use them again!

In a very tough plumbing situation (overnight on a Sunday and into a holiday Monday), Ricky came out and did a phenomenal job. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with their service provided by Ricky and Heritage. When a home is in need of an emergency repair, peace of mind is everything and that is exactly what we got. He walked me through every little detail and put the whole family at ease. I would recommend Heritage (and specifically Ricky) for any plumbing needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great experience. Isles hooked up our gas line for a new stove and made the whole process easy. On time, professional, and everything works perfectly. Would definitely use him again! -
Alex was very pleasant to work with! Came in, took a look at my issues and was able to tell me almost immediately what was wrong. He gave me his analysis and we talked through a plan & the price in a way that wasn’t too overwhelming. He was very thorough & considerate of the situation at hand and very nice to work with. We will only call Heritage for our heating/cooling & plumbing needs.

I'm adding another update to my review to reflect a discussion with the management at Heritage Home Services. Andy was great about listening to my concerns and suggestions on potential improvements to their work processes. We had a very good discussion and he kindly offered and came through with a significant refund on the expense for the 2 days of visits from their staff. I'm impressed with Andy's and Heritage's interest in following up on reviews and taking a concrete step to make things right with the services they provide. With this excellent response, I will be returning to Heritage as a customer - Thanks.

I am modifying my initially very positive review of Heritage for plumbing services after a leaking PEX pipe. My issues with them are two fold - quality of work and pricing during two separate visits for the same issue.
We had a leak occurring in a first floor bathroom. The plumbing technician that came out spent a few hours attempting to diagnose the source of the leak, including cutting a few holes in the walls. Upon needing to leave, he mentioned that the leak was coming from the upstairs and coming down the wall, and mentioned that drywall would need to be removed in our stairwell along the joist line for the next tech visit from Heritage. After cutting that out myself and finding no pipes in the wall, it was clear that the leak was not coming from upstairs. I then noted there were separate hot and cold shut off valves for the first floor bathroom and literally spent 10 minutes alternating those valves to diagnose the problem myself. I determined that the leak was coming from within the bathroom on the first floor.
The next plumbing visit was from a more seasoned Heritage tech. Explaining that I essentially diagnosed the exact location of the leak myself, they offered half off the charge for the prior visit. That semi-covered the poor plumbing diagnostic work, but not the repair for the new 2-3' hole in my drywall. After assessing the repair, the second tech mentioned that the repair would take 4 hours and cost $1,000. He performed the repair but I was very surprised to see that it only took him 2 hours. Being a seasoned tech, I believe he should have been better about more accurately estimating the repair time. So any "discount" I got on the poor work from the first visit was effectively washed away by being overcharged by 2X for the second visit.
As an additional note, I've added a photo of one of the hack job holes in the wall that the first tech made while trying to find the leak. Cutting the drywall so close to the baseboard required that the baseboard was also removed to make a repair to that section of the wall. -
Bryce was very pleasant, professional and thorough. He worked with my siding contractor to coordinate installation of the wiring for my living room sconces. The initial job involved replacing the unsafe outlets and switches connected to the bathroom light fixture replaced and living room sconces installed. Amongst other items. His coworker Jack worked on the kitchen GFCI outlet conversion and upgraded the circuit board. I am working on scheduling a complete upgrade for the remaining outlets and switches.
