I’ve done business with this company a few times now.
I was lucky enough to get Joseph again this time ! He is very professional and personable - he explains everything so you can understand it, he was through and he picked up after himself.
I do have to say it was pricey - but Rowell’s comes when they say they’ll be there and they send info of whose coming and when. They stand behind there work - I have never had any work done by them that didn’t last.
I interviewed at least 6 other plumbers, not to mention the ones that didn’t call back or show up. The ones that did, didn’t want to crawl under the trailer or they said they’d get back to me with an estimate and never did.
It was just replacing the heat tape.
It hasn’t been replaced in 8 yrs, it’s not something you can wait and do later. I was given an appointment within a week and it was a good job and I have peace of mind - how much is that worth?
I’m very pleased and will call Rowell’s and Joseph again when I need something done quickly and correctly.
Many Thanks to them - I’m looking forward to safe and cozy winter because of their good service. -

We had quite a septic emergency this weekend and of course in the evening hours. Charline helped us find a service technician in the area and was so helpful in getting us seen right away. Bryce & team showed up within an hour and were unbelievable. So kind and knowledgable and cleared our main line within the hour. We are so grateful for your service and professionalism Bryce. Great experience, given the circumstances. Thank you all so much.
