Nothing but great things to say about John! When my boiler died he came out to my house the same day and presented me with a variety of options at different price ranges. He gave me the information without judgement, and moved forward quickly to install my new boiler. Will 100% be using him again!

I called to set up a service appointment to help me with a washer problem. He was great in explaining to me what needed to be done to access the problem, saving me the cost of an on site service call. You don’t find that kind of helpful service from someone anymore and I was very grateful.

John replaced my water heater and repaired my furnace - work was done efficiently and reasonably priced and he even managed to get the water heater replaced by the manufacturer as he knew the brand offered a lifetime warranty. He returned after the work was completed following-up to ensure that the water temperature was comfortable and to check on the operation of new equipment. All work was explained in detail and damaged parts were shown. Highly recommended!

John was great to work with to add a gas stove to our home, he took care of all the permits and was right on time and on budget with everything. I would highly recommend John based on the quality of work he does and his knowledge of the trade.

John was referred to us by a mutual friend. We wanted to replace our 27 year old weil mcclain oil burner and indirect water heater before retirement next year. John came over and recommended a Burnham boiler with an indirect water heater with taco zone valves. Everything went smooth as silk from beginning to end. John really is an artist with his pipe work. We were very pleased with the final outcome. He was able to raise most of the boilers pipe work up high and out of the way. It looks fabulous. Thanks John for a job well done. We recently moved and needed a toilet replaced. John Donovan fixed the problem immediately. He is truly trustworthy, professional and skillful at his work! Would highly recommend him if you are looking for qualified EXPERT plumber who is honest, then John would be the one to call.

A week ago our pipes froze due to the frigid weather. We called John and he picked up immediately guiding us on what to do. Hours later our pipes unfroze due to his suggestions. Lastly, his knowledge and expertise were invaluable, thanks again John!

Rip off! Came on a Saturday as I had no hot water in the shower and low volume in the shower head. Brought a new cartridge for the shower valve and a new hose and shower head. When installed the new shower head it wouldnt stay in the holder so he put black plastic tape on it to hold it. For this he charged me $555! Then said he couldn’t help with kitchen sink leak or broken garbage disposal. I had to call someone else. Even though his website says he does drains!
Called another plumber for kitchen sink and garbage disposal. When done had him look at shower for an idea. Donovan put the hose on backward. That’s why it wouldn’t stay in holder. Other plumber corrected the hose. No problem. Do not use Donovan plumbing.
Not worth it. Waste of time and money

Very friendly guy called him up on a Sunday on his day off. He answered the call and ease my mind by helping me troubleshoot to make sure it was nothing emergent having me send him pictures and videos of the issue. Was there the next morning at my doorstep to personally look at the issue solved it on site Explaining the issue, fully and going through A contingency plan if something else went wrong can't say enough good things about him. Thank you again for coming out so quickly and easing my mind.

Rich and all the personnel at Alpine are unfailingly efficient, informative, and there when they say they'll be. We have had our generator since Rich installed it in 2011 and it has been money well spent. We are on a well and it is especially a luxury to have water during an outage. It is also really great to have heat and working appliances. I highly recommend Alpine for their continued service over the 14 years we have had our generator. You won't be sorry if you buy your generator from them.

I have used Alpine Electrical for several years. They installed a standby generator at my house and continue to perform preventive maintenance on it annually. Recently, my smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors reached their 10 year usable life. I asked Alpine to replace all of the detectors. Scheduling was convenient and the service was awesome! They installed detectors with a 10 year battery life. Now, I don't have to climb a ladder to replace the batteries every year! 😀I highly recommend Alpine Electrical for any of your electrical needs! You won't be disappointed.

We have had Alpine servicing our Generac for a few years. We called a few others a bit more local and they were more than twice the price! Alpine is professional, knowledgeable, personable and always quick to respond. We will not be looking elsewhere ever. I also love supporting a smaller, family driven business.
