Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. It's an okay place if you're in a pinch but they almost never have the basic things you might need. Can't be blamed on covid anymore. Green mountian Electric Supply in Leb or Stj legit always have what I need.

I purchased an appliance from Lowe's that was years out of warranty. They referred me to North Country Appliance.The North Country Appliance tech arranged to call me at my office when they were 15 minutes away from home, so I would not have to waste time waiting. They arrived about when they said they would. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Found a source for the parts for an out of production unit. Quoted me a price for the parts. Came back with the parts a few days later and fixed it. Their price was very fair. The tech and the dispatcher were pleasant and professional.I will use them again if I need repairs.

Mark is about as good a technician as you'll ever find. We've had two occasions to call North Country. Both have required one visit to find/diagnose the problem and a second to install a replacement part, which needed to be ordered. Mark is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and clearly focuses only on providing the best possible service to North Country's customers. Mark and the office staff did everything in as professional and friendly manner as I have ever found - anywhere!

A+ Fast call back. Easy to schedule. Don repaired and tuned our Smeg range!!! The oven failed to light one day and our burner levels had always been missing the ability to control a full range of heat. Don strategically tuned all 6 cook top burners and then quickly found the issue with the oven. I'm also impressed with his driving. Our driveway is gnarly year round and he tore up it with fresh snow. A+

North Country is a godsend for the upper valley. I have had them service Bosch, Miele and Fisher Paykel appliances. They really know their stuff. The technicians are really capable and the scheduling was easy. Billing also really reasonable. Don’t waste your time shopping around;
just call North Country.

When I first came to Littleton in 2017, North Country Appliance Service wasdependable, and expediently repaired all appliances. Then Covid came, and their work ethic and integrity collapsed. My warrantee company sent them out to repair my oven, and they did not fix it and then reported back to the Warrantee company that it was fixed. Unfortunately, there are scarce alternatives to them. When I went to replace my appliance at Home Depot they told me that they don't use them, and since our area doesn't have repair people, they just buy out when an appliance fails. It is all sad.

I had a totally difference experience than others who left reviews. Mark and his brother both took the time to fix an unusual problem with my oven- coming out on three occasions ( charging for one) to be sure it was fixed and working properly. Mark was pleasant and easy to work with - my oven repair presented several problems and they stuck with it until it was fixed and were reasonable with their rates. I had used them before with a dishwasher repair and had a good experience with that repair as well, but this last fix required a bit more from them and they came through for me.

Fast service and great communication. He even gave us advice on other appliances and some info on my new stove ( that he hadn't come to see). Will definitely use them again !

Great service! Don is so knowledgeable about all appliances. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very responsive and honest. North Country Appliance is our go to appliance repair service. Theresa in the office is also great. Highly recommend.
