Constraction reviews in Allendale, New Jersey

Dealing with water damage and mold in your home can feel overwhelming, but this restoration team made everything so much easier. Craig came to inspect the damage and shared helpful advice about the cleanup process. When Ruben and his crew arrived for the water damage restoration and mold remediation, they were absolutely professional and efficient. From setting up their equipment to finishing the job, they worked quickly and left everything spotless. I had to call them back when I noticed some water issues with my air conditioning system, and once again, they handled it perfectly. Having this team on your side is a huge relief when you're facing water damage at home. I am so grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration in New Jersey.

After an upstairs toilet overflowed and caused water damage in our living area, we needed emergency water damage restoration in Allendale. The crew arrived in less than 45 minutes, even though it was late at night. They jumped right in, stopping the water flow, cleaning, sanitizing, and getting everything opened up for a full mitigation process. The team came back the next morning and got all the spaces ready. They carefully covered all the furniture, used plastic sheets to protect the carpets, and built a clean room while removing the damaged ceiling. Once the ceiling was out, they set up powerful dryers and humidifiers in the affected rooms to get rid of extra moisture. For the next two days, Ruben and Micah came back to check moisture levels and move the equipment as needed. Today, they finished up by removing all their gear, and now the room is ready for new drywall and painting. We are so pleased with the work that we plan to use them for the rest of the restoration as well. We have a 93-year-old family member living with us, and the crew has been very thoughtful about her situation, making sure to help us return the home to normal as quickly as possible. They are also working with our insurance company to keep the process moving smoothly. i would highly recommend this water damage restoration team to anyone in Allendale. every worker has been helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process.

Great clarity & communication throughout the process. The owner's involvement was a huge bonus for me. I trusted Konstruct with a ground up build and now I look forward to the next commercial project with them.

Steven did a great job on a project for us that was complex. We HIGHLY recommend Konstruct as we were really happy with the design and engineering, as well as his professionalism, diligence around timelines, and technical knowledge.

Steven the owner of the company was extremely professional and knowledgeable . He takes his job very seriously and goes out of his way to explain everything he finds . He is not only a licensed engineer but also a licensed architect so you are getting two for the price of one . He helped address a drainage issue we were having .
If we decide to build I would have no problem calling him and using him on the project .
Great to know there are still people in this world that care about what they do and do it well!!

We are currently building a new construction home and needed an Architect / Engineer to review our roof plans. Steven was extremely helpful helping me understanding the differences in trusses and stick building the roof. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made sure I understood the scope of the work. If we have any future needs with this build, Steven will be my first call.

We chose Steven to help design our dream retirement house. His knowledge and efficiency in this process was impressive. Everything was done on time as promised and made the process so much more manageable. He understood everything we were trying to accomplish and provided insightful suggestions along the way.
